good point. If the project is lead by an inexperienced team or if the direction of the project is not articulated, then, no matter how good the idea is, the whole thing would appear unstable.

Maybe more on the concept of Blockchain and the system of cryptocurrencies integrated to basic economics, rather than Blockchain itself.
Blockchain is a little more technical since it is a record keeping system.
