As you are already aware, due to the current bear cryptomarket, we unfortunately, didn't reach our goal to raise 1m during the Token Sale.
This triggered a refund for all investors and we will not use the EZYcount token for EZYcount software.
The EZYcount tokens do not hold any value. We will not distribute them.
We have however decided to compensate every bounty hunter for their support by sending each and every one of you a one year license for EZYcount and EZYinvoice, worth CHF 300.-, as our appreciation for your support. You will have 12 months to activate the license.
These licenses are transferable and sellable. They will be distributed in February.
EZYcount and the team are dedicated to continuing the project and our long-term goal of automated accounting.
Following all the support from our users and fiduciaries, we decided to open our own forum for customers and supporters to talk, and exchange ideas about accounting, invoicing and EZYcount.
This forum will be online by the end of February.
One channel in the forum will be the place where you can trade or sell your licenses. We are looking at the details now. We will keep you informed.
