It comes out of my own pocket, from my own Kinesis account that I have had for 4.5 years now. My main investment is in gold (KAU)
The Kinesis platform has a range of crypto too, including BTC, USDC, USDT, etc. If you want, you can sell the KAU for anything you want on the platform. If you want to withdraw, something like XLM is probably a good and cheap option (1.5 XLM ($0.35) withdrawal fee).
Btw, it turns out I can still use a few accounts even in June, so mail me EarningGold2025 at gmail.com

How is that coming out of your own pocket if you are not paying it in a token or coin that one can receive and exchange immediately?

Nowhere in your post did you mention how the users are going to be able to convert that token to something more common, such as Bitcoin, or maybe a well-known stablecoin, such as USDT, and then withdraw it.
I don't need an account with a token in it, or monthly yields; I'm being asked to complete a task for a reward, and I want my reward to be received in my wallet.
If you are really paying that money from your pocket, as you claim, then escrow some funds using a trusted member of this forum who will distribute them to those who complete the requirements, and then we will think about it.
