by
EastBirth
on 20/05/2025, 11:53:53 UTC

PURN possesses a devoted research and development group comprising experts from various reputable DLT projects. Their arduous efforts are aimed at creating novel functionalities, scalable solutions, and superior optimizations. Transitioning from Blake2b to Blake 3 showcases a remarkable acceleration in performance, efficiency, and serves as a deterrent against ASIC miners overpowering the network, thereby fostering opportunities for decentralized mining. Moreover, PURN will incorporate an unparalleled smart contract architecture and introduce PAIW, an innovative union of AI algorithms with Proof of Work mechanism.

It will take years to break even so before that there is all that time they can run with your funds. What can you do if they do that?
If there was a safe way to do it then I would. Then the owners would use that crypto to invest to make the return for us. SO far there not relly safe places like that.

Re: Is it too late to buy bitcoin?
by

on 10/09/2017, 21:21:45 UTC
For me i think buying bitcoin its not too late because the potential is still increasing and it will definitely maintain its top spot in the crypto currency world. Unless there would be rumors that will affect bitcoin. But being the mother of crypto currency it would be harder to bring bitcoin down after all this years bitcoin continue to rise.
to me i think it is never late t buy bitcoin and get profit from it, in fact bitcoin will continue providing benefit to me at any state.

I don't think it could ever be too late for buying bitcoin if you think about it and believe in Bitcoin you will be using Bitcoin in the future so you might as well buy it today. Remember it will be worth more in the future don't regret not doing it.

I just want to inform that my  twitter account is young but has alerady 400 followers. Hope This one proves that this account is not fake and not a bot. Thanks and God bless!

Hi,
I can confirm definitely no bot/fake account. You can join.  Smiley
Honestly who would post here a fake/bot account.  Wink

Best regards,
The Blocklancer Team

I am really loving blocklancer. I am treated well here and I appreciate it. Bots ? How does a bot tweet ? Even people who use a bit it's not good for them the account is banned by Twitter. Twitter are not stupid. It is better to just do it the legit way then risk losing an account. I see no sense in a fake account. People don't want fake account follows and tweets so I'm not sure what they expect to be paid for. Very lazy scammers.

Re: How do you deal with USD to bitcoin conversions?
by
EastBirth
on 21/07/2017, 23:51:54 UTC
I'd like to ask you all another newb question, with regards to quickly being able to do the math on bitcoin price. Specifically, when you're on the exchange and you're wanting to buy/sell. I'm used to everything being priced in U.S dollars, so I'm having something of a hard time figuring out exactly how much I'm buying. Since the exchanges only deal in the price of bitcoin, and won't tell you how much you're paying in USD.

When I go to buy something and I see a price like "0.00000380 BTC" I have a hard time figuring out how much USD I'll be spending to buy x amount of that coin. How do you deal with this? Especially with the constant flux of the price of bitcoin.

I found this site, but it won't show you tenths of a cent. It only goes down to $0.01. Is there another site out there which you can do quick conversions of bitcoins to dollars, even if the amount is less than 1 penny?

http://www.coindesk.com/calculator/

Maybe this website would be helpful, http://www.btcsatoshi.com

It is powered by CoinDesk. It will show you the value in Satoshi even down to hundredth of a cent, right now $0.0001 = 4 Satoshis

Couple of similar sites:

http://satoshitobitcoin.co/satoshi-to-usd/

https://99bitcoins.com/satoshi-usd-converter/

This website http://www.btcsatoshi.com/ is brilla. I love how it gives you not just the conversion but the $1- satoshi conversion too which helps alot. Thanks for the share. Very helpful.

Re: The pumping of "Forgotten coins"!
by

I think it's just big bag holders passing the crap to noobs.  The coin just dies again. This is why you must hold your dead coins you never know when a pump starts.

Re: How do you deal with stress?

I try not invest too much untill I know more about what I am doing. I'm stressful times I blast my music as load as it can go on my sound system. Feeling the bass in your cheat is the best feeling ever. But golden rule is not to risk what you cannot afford to lose. So don't invest your rent money.

How will be establishing price for track? Will be same price for all of them or will be registered by artist?
The price for every track is up to artists theirself. They have right to decide its price.

Price for track on platform be in OPT or will be used fiat money? I means if i want to buy a track first of all i need buy opt or i may pay in usd?
The price for every track will be in OPT, however the team will integrate payment processor before mainstream release.

How will an artist apply his/her song in the library? Is it going to be free?
Do you mean to sell their song? Once they purchased the decryption keys, yeah it's free and they have right to decide the price of their song.

I think that's clever. So you keep one song or key ? Pay for the key then you own the song so you charge as you wish ?
The charges will be in Opus coins ?

If you really interest on platform where smart contracts created like ethereum based ERC20 tokens then i should say that Wave is best for creating smart contracts and holding this  coin for long time to gain more popularity.

What is a smart contract ? I hear people speak about it often but what is it ? Is it shares they give devidends ? I know that the smart contract is secure, I have heard of people talking using either excrow or smart contract. Is this true ?

Re: Which 'solid' altcoin took the worst hit?
by
EastBirth
on 19/07/2017, 16:58:35 UTC
What about ethereum ? It was at $250.

Hey Team,

I'm looking into investing into some alt coins which took big hits in the crash, but havent recovered as well as some of the top alt coins. I was looking into investing into stratis while it was hovering around 3, but missed my opportunity. Any other coins you guys see that are down 3x or so?
I suggest litecoin to you, I think in the next few weeks, it has a lot of potential to go up in price. Next is ethereum who took a big decrease but investing in it now is quite risky considering that the last insane pump that happened is because of successful ICO's running in eth. I think it will go down more but it might recover so better secure a position now. Lastly, look at top coins who took some dump going the same direction as btc chart.

I suggest litecoin a month ago  Grin
0.02btc/ is very good.
You right ethereum is a risk. Wait a while the next four shortage will happen and that is when you sell.

Re: IF YOU BOUGHT $5 OF BITCOIN 7 YEARS AGO, YOU’D BE $4.4 MILLION RICHER
by
EastBirth
on 19/07/2017, 16:49:21 UTC
It is easy to say things after the fact. If you game heads or tails. "I should have said heads not twils then I would be rich" easy to say after it happened. I think most people who still have bitcoins from then forgot about them. Or just though it is not worth selling them all so sold some at a time.

I want to know how many people this happened to. Very interesting bit we can never know. It is fin to guess.  Roll Eyes
