Really they only have 1 member on that telegram channel? I think it's not about the telegram group but it's about the club that they have on the platform itself. I'm still waiting for the details that OP has to disclose to the people who are interested of knowing it here.

Done I downloaded at pppoker.net application and open but I difficulties in deposit via crypto, can you explain it? My mobile is Android there are only payments through Google Playstore?

Deposits are credited after one deposit. Withdraws are done on request with no minimum.

It looks good, however I don't usually like downloading anything from this forum if I'm being honest, are there any plans on making a browser based option? It should be fairly easy if you were able to create a windows and smart phone versions, it will certainly attract way more players.

I tried downloading it but it says that "The type of file may harm your phone". Is it really safe to download that app in an android phone? I tried joining you on Telegram as well but I couldn't find it. Do you have a referral bonus limit?
I think it's your android phone that caused the problem about the type of file may harm your phone. Maybe your phone have more security features or a strict rules. Sometimes my phone would show that problem even if I downloaded the app in my android phone.
There should be no issue downloading the app. Its an approved app in the play store.
Am I the only one that thinks this deposit bonus is too low? I don't know about poker websites but in general almost every gambling website offers you a generous bonus on first deposit between 50-200% while here its only 10% and they are also a new website. I didn't checked other crypto poker sites to see what bonuses do they offer but 10% still seems like a very small bonus for the first deposit, especially because you are trying to attract more customers.
Those platforms require a specific amount of play through to get the bonus. We do not.
I guess you are referring to wagering/rollover requirements and if players do not require any of that then I think some of them will be OK with it. But still, people are always looking for the websites with the highest bonuses because they want to get more money for free in order to play longer. I like it that you don't have any wagering requirements for the deposit bonus but considering the fact that you are new and you want to attract customers you could consider increasing it to 20-25% and maybe add a small rollover to it.
I don't think that an increase in the deposit bonus can help attract gamblers in this case due to the underlying issues with the PPPoker platform itself which I highlighted earlier though I do like the fact that there are no wagering requirements in this aspect.
The ability to withdraw our winnings without any set conditions is another nice touch. I would have been more interested in this club if op would have chosen a different platform since they will have to depend on the global mechanics of PPPoker itself.
The issues you mentioned earlier do not affect our club if they do in fact exist on the platform. In fact there are many clubs on the platform with thousands of members that operate without issues.
