I am now offering escrow for this project through the nxt asset exchange.

This is new and experimental. I've never done an escrow like this before but I think the nxt asset exchange will be a very powerful tool and asset in doing these sorts of escrows. All you need to do in order to be entitled to a share of LotusCoin upon release is to purchase the asset LotusShare and redeem it later. No need to ask me inorder to buy in or get out. Just buy the asset if you want a share and sell it back on the asset exchange any time for any reason. There are only 997 buy orders atm but any of the funds collected from filled sell orders will be used to the buy orders, so i will buy back all of your shares no matter how many you purchase.

Lets be clear about where we stand:
We have the great devs, we have the technology, we have the community. So the only problem is with what we have found out about UP.
Although he founded the project and contributed enormously, what he did is wrong.
This is what we have, there is no other problem at all, so lets not make something more about it.
Couldn't agree more. NEM is not just Utopianfuture. NEM is the sum of all it's contributors...

If you don't you will be forever stuck with this history that project leader was involved himself in sock puppet scams to claim even more shares.
Take steps now to fix this as once coins are distributed you won't be able to do anything

It changes a lot if he used sock puppets accounts to claim even more stakes. He is already getting very large chunk as developer (50 times more than others). Plus he also own sock puppet stakes
Someone else needs to step up and take leadership position and remove UP from developer's stake.

I recommend removing UP from the developer's list and Jaguar takes up the leadership position.
Otherwise this Nem loses all the credibility.

Given Nxt only uses brain wallet, this might improve their security. Before this, they were letting users use their own brain wallet phrases (tons of stolen accounts).
