I think someone has done this before with Bitcoin and miners found ways to manipulate the outcome. You should find the most transparent method possible to do this, because trust is everything in Lottery games like this. Really thanks for your advice, we will introduce a list of every REAL player in a room, recognized by their unique user_id (probably we will check user agents too to prevent that type of manipulations).
A chat area for every room would be really useless, there's nothing to talk about a lottery game, we will take in consideration the idea of a "general" one.
