Paasing by to see how this was going... happy to have left with an 86% loss rather than being still here now (sorry for you guys).
As some mentioned, big money for Cryptx. I'm sure they will need all this money for the long list of things that Karma will do back to them. Life's a bitch, but has a perfect view on who to focus on.

Best luck and happy holidays to the rest!

I'm out.
it has been a pleasure to meet some very nice people on this forum.
Not such a pleasure to have lost 80% of my investment to a bunch of sharks who like to promise and forget to deliver.
I'm not coming back to this forum, to havelock or to cryptx. I'll let Karma take care of them.
Good luck to everyone else.

I am amazed that no shareholder took a look at what happened in the Hardware section with cryptx and his lousy services. You went blind into this...

Yes. I screwed up. No excuses. I'm the only one responsible for my outcome on this.
I can spend some paragraphs to explain my reasoning when I entered this (or Peta before). All the logic applied. Still, there were people warning everyone and I just didn't listen. My bad.

It doesn't mean that I should call it a day and forget of my shares, my btc and whatever is left.

Sure, I evolved in one of those who were warning us. I'm trying to spread knowledge and facts about both Havelock and Cryptx. This won't make my personal situation any better. But hopefully would avoid someone else doing the same.

Said that, maybe not 100% is lost already. There is a small chance of recovering maybe 10% of invested value. We need Cryptx to come clear, disclose documents and prove facts.
Further on this,
I want to see the result of votes by shareholders (masking names/emails for privacy, sure), where I should be able to see my vote (no doubt I will be able to recognize my number of shares or % of this project).
I want to see the initial investment invoices.
I want to see the machines working.
I want to see some stats on the mining operation.
I want to see the invoices of all expenses they claim.

Unfortunately, I KNOW that this will never happen.
In the best case scenario, Cryptx will still get paid all his fees for more weeks. Then reduce the fees price to keep going more weeks. Then, one day, call it a day, undersell the hardware, distribute the reinvestment funds and the income from the hw sell.

As many are mentioning here, it looks like the sooner that day arrives, the better it will be.

Oh there more than likely is and I suspect it's the very same fella running the project.

We're going to capture 2% of the network mining market.  Oh yeah, we'll be basing our decisions on shareholder driven votes.  We plan on developing our very own in-house asic's.

The sheer # of lies and misrepresentations that have come out of the cryptx camp are simply sickening.  This guy has made money hand over first running this dual long-con.

Maybe he's holding on the reinvestment fund to start that in-house chip development project he's been touting since the beginning?  (yeah right)

I feel bad for everybody that's losing money to this con man.

What freaks me out is the lack of visible information/stats.

You give me 100€, I pay dividends weekly, decreasing, up to... whatever <100€ and blame it on difficulty and other issues.
= I don't need a data center. I don't need miners. I don't need people to run servers. I just need to pay dividends and invent plausible numbers each week.

Multiply 100€ for the amount of BTC shareholders paid initially (1162.281 BTC) to what they paid until now(142,32244779 BTC in dividends).

1019.95855221 BTC... where are they?
It is too easy to run this scam and pretend they are doing it right and "legal".
Why not posting screenshots of the invoices they paid for the miners? Or of the electricity bill? Or salaries of the technical workers?
If they feel they are doing it all right and in a legit way, why hiding this info?

we are doing nothing more then global warming.

cryptx isn'nt doing there job what im paying for and there custom build scrypt boards were a lie.
give us the reinfest fund, even putting the money on the bank gives me a better profit with these low interests.

lets call it a day, the only one making profit is cryptx in hosting fees.mand thats the easyiest thing they had/have to do. they failed missarably in beeing up2date with the technology.

That's why I voted for giving the shareholders the reinvestment fund. But apparently (as we have no way to check), the majority of shareholders voted to "wait" for the return of the messiah.

It would be nice if Havelock supported weighted shareholder polls, just like cryptostocks did.

It would be nice even just to know if there is someone with +50% of shares that takes decisions for everyone else...

Looks like they cut the hosting fee for scryptX as well.  It went from almost 5 btc last week to 3.6 this week, and the exchange rate sure didn't recover.

Looks like they "forgot" to distribute the DOGE mined 2 weeks ago...
unfortunately without stats we have no visibility on what is being mined and anything else.
Also no news on how to invest the >100btc of the fund.

(just out of curiosity: how do you know about the forgotten doge?)

Cryptx dropped the hosting fees on Peta.

Called it back in Aug.

Quote
While this brings up some additional discussion on how they are able to reduce a fixed cost, I wonder if they are going to do the same to Scryptx and when.

You can expect it to happen when or just before SCRYPT dividends hits zero. Because that may trigger the dissolution process specified in the prospectus, which is not in cryptx's favour.
thanks
I forgot about that part (I reviewed the document when all lokked still pretty promising).

anyone willing to calculete when this will happen?

So, we are keeping the reinvestment fund for future opportunities... how much in the future?
What are 106.93 BTC doing right now? Where are we looking as a possible scenario for using it?
Where are all the 50%+1 voters looking at?

I disclosed my amount of shares a while ago. No one else did the same... so where are them? Why they voted to keep the fund? What did they had in mind?

Today's ScryptX dividend: 0.00007681/share

I suspect next dividend will be closer to 5500-6000 tops.  Road to nowhere and in a hurry.

This is one of the reasons I don't understand how the majority of shareholders voted to keep the reinvestment fund and to wait for opportunities... Unless those opportunities are to buy lottery tickets, I can't see how to get out of this.
Anyway, on the topic of "cryptx faking the survey results", it could help to see a masked list of voters. Cryptx just remove the usernames but show us a screenshot please. I'm sure that if you faked it, you can also fake a photoshopped result... right?

One Question. Was the PETA Project not same fucked up till it got the turnaround? I mean it will take 6-12 months to get to IPO Share prices back but isnt it possible? If we reinvest everything every week into new hashlets and we have a bit luck with mining profibility ? Then also a bit luck with BTC prices in the next 12 months?

I don't understand how people can give up and don't try to make the best out of the worst. I think that crypt x is listening to us the first time is a good first move.

In my opinion, PETA was being bled dry from the start. I don't think it ever had a turnaround. If you're referring to the May/June IPO, investors simply didn't understand what the exploding network hash rate, uncompetitive hosting fees and repayment for the loan really meant.

Given the past history, there's no chance that a new IPO by cryptx will be met warmly. I don't think there's any chance for SCRYPT to return to IPO prices.
There is about 0 probability of this happening.  I just finished dumping my shares for ~73% loss and truth be known I consider myself lucky to have gotten back 27% on what I put in.  Both ScryptX and Petamine where obviously designed with the 'long con' in mind.  Get out while you can is my recommendation.  Given CryptX's track record things will only continue to get worse.

I'm really curious to know who purchased your shares...

no. peta was doing good until it got fucked up. by the same guys who managed to fuck up scryptx.
We have over 100btc sitting there doing nothing. The same that I thought about my dear btc sitting on a paper wallet. Better ised investing in peta, then scryptx. now they are not mine anymore. Now I don't have enough buy orders on havelock to get out of here with a 90% loss.

but hey, you don't need to trust me. Feel free to throw all your btc in here. You could save someone (and depending on how many btc you will enter with, you could even raise the shareprice!)

These are the results of the survey. 59% of all unit holders have cast their vote:

1. One time dividend of the reinvestment fund. - 32%
2. Keep the reinvestment funds for future opportunities. - 68%

Based on these results a large majority of unit holders who cast their vote prefers to use option 2.

We are exploring the market for the best possible investment opportunities for our reinvestment fund. We are currently talking with Gawminer about purchasing Hashlets. All suggestions are welcome at info@cryptx.com.

Quick question to the general populace:

Anybody know what Cryptx originally paid for the first batch of A2 Innosilicon miners that came online directly after the IPO? I didn't find anywhere where Cryptx mentioned it (naturally), so instead I'm trying to find information / pricing from group buys that happened early / mid May (and possibly a few weeks earlier than that). Based on what I've seen so far, I've estimated $10,000 each, but I may be a bit off if there were other deals going on at the time.
Are you trying to understand how they spent the 1162.281 btc of the ipo?
