I have the Windows 8.1 and AMD driver 16.9.2 and R9 390. I tried to run 5.4c on the ETH network, still have the -61 error.
When choosing for investments and for someone to trust more - Bitcoin or Ethereum, I come up with an assessment of the quality of the work of the team of developers of these great coins. So, when analyzing their work, I found out for myself that I prefer the course of work of the Ethereum development team. It's my personal opinion.
I also agree that ETH has good development team and more open to suggestions.
I do not see the coin that could replace bitcoin at the moment. For a new coin to replace bitcoin, such coin will be fully decentralized, have better utility and have market cap beyond bitcoin!
I think it is quite difficult to get a coin with better prospect than bitcoin.
It's a lot more than this but soon they will recover, their business logic is unbeatable, selling year old asics as new cant go wrong and there are plenty idiots that buy from them.

Siacoin will be ASIC mineable. So it is not profitable for GPU miners.
Yea, antivirus thinks like 98% of miners are trojans.. Stick to trusted miners..

It's really hard to put it all specifically or even in estimates. The SEC hammer on ICO's could come in on full swing by early next year and the best cryptos to invest in could be back to Bitcoin and some of the other POW coins.

I got one rig with 10 gpus (rx580, 560, 2 vega 56) - no problems at all. all gen2, onboard graphic etc..
I mount another rig with 10 vega 64 but only can connect 9, if i installed the 10 gpu, i have no post on poweron..
Any ideia too what could i check?
I changed to 16 gb ram its the same, have a lot of power too..
No problems in risers too,
my solution was to put one vega in my desktop pc.. but its frustating

Also, do you have power connected to all THREE PCIe PWR headers near the PCIe slots? There will be one "Molex" 4-pin PCIE_PWR1 near PCIE1_1, one "Molex" 4-pin PCIE_PWR2 near PCIE7_1 and another SATA Power Connector called SATA_POW1. All three should be powered from (connected to) the same PSU supplying power to your motherboard ATXPWR1.

I would say running VEGAs, yes. Absolutely. And it should be from the same PSU powering your motherboard.
VEGA is good for XMR mining, which will last long.
It is for you to decide cause both having a good reputation and market records. You better invest the two coins if you have enough money to risk, anyway it surely gaining and have nothing to worry about of losing if you manage it will. Even its price will fall we should never be afraid of that, still have chances to grow.
Maybe you can add Bitcoin Cash, to be used as currency and Bitcoin as store of value.

This is a real project with a terrific leader, I think the price will only grow, coins should be held, be patient.
Price will grow if leaders make better exchange take up this coin. Also I believe the present exchanges that are listing the coins were paid to list byteball. So shouldn't the owners motivate / ask cryptopia owners to do something about the pending bytebal issue on cryptopia.I don't believe that having 4 exchanges and out of that 1 exchange gobbling up money will help the coin in any good way.
I think Bitterex is already very big and good. Maybe we need poloniex.

Is the electricity so expensive that it leaves you with no profit? Do you understad that later your GPU will mine even less than now? I dont understand your position at all, it certainly looks a pose
If it is not profitable to mine, then it is better to buy the coins directly.

A coin that allows you to spend crypto and at the same time allow those users to deposit fiat to get crypto. Whoever can create this type of service by providing a bank that bridges the gap between innovative and traditional worlds, I think stands a good chance to be relevant well into the future.
Do you think Bitcoin Cash can achieve that?
Hey i read somewhere that samsung will relase ASIC for all algos is that true ? O_o
At least it will not release ASIC for monero mining as Monero will change PoW algorithm every 6 months.

Anyone successfully mining SHIELD (blake2s algo) coin?

Did you mine other Blake2S successfully? If not, then the setting is not right.
Right now profits crashed almost 30%, no dual mining anymore and the bills are coming hehe and you will have to sell at loss to pay the bills, so much fun and keep buying rx 580 for $1000 hehe, if bitcoin crashes 100% more I can see the "GPU mining will die in 2018!" becoming more a reality, to many, GPU mining is already dead hehe
After it becomes unprofitable for most people for a few months, the price will rise again, and be profitable again.
