[UPDATE] Petro distribution has started!
I have a first transaction on Sunday 6th May. Strange that the amount is not shown in the main bar of the wallet. It still shows 0. Is it the same for you?

It is the same. I am not sure why but I assume that the reason it is like that is because those are tokens that entitle you to eventually change them for real Petros once the Petro blockchain is ready.

I'm a little concerned because I did a transaction to buy petros but it was never confirmed. It is supposed to turned green but it never did and it's been almost two weeks (I can only see the transaction in the blockchain when I click on the link). Is this happening to anyone else?
What did you paid with? My transactions in Ethereum were all confirmed almost immediately.
Can you see the transactions you did in your personal page?
Yes I see the transaction in my personal page and it just turned green after refreshing the page.

I can confirm that i did several transactions and the ICO system to buy petros works smoothly and looks very transparent. A list of the transactions is available with all the details in my personal page (with a link to the transaction in the blockchain).
As a reminder, it is only possible to buy Petros with crypto (BTC, ETH, XEM) or Rubles!

How were you able to install the Petro wallet?
Go here http://www.elpetro.gob.ve/ and scroll down down down... you will find the wallet to download for Windows, Mac and Linux. iOS and Android are not available yet.
Not sure why but I keep receiving this message when I try to run the PetroWallet file "This app can't run on your PC". I currently have Windows 10 installed on my PC.

I have installed the Petro wallet (nano wallet rebranded) without problems and finally have my Petro Address.
How were you able to install the Petro wallet?
I recently received an email to update info but I have not been able to install the Petro wallet yet.
