The signs for this scam where all there. It's not good when someone loses money, but it's a good thing that this scam is over, it's this kind of "coins" that blocks the cryptocurrency to be even more accepted by institutions, countries, etc.

And what are the rules for the decision of the application? For example, just luck or someone with more weight in the forum?
