Ethereum+: A Peer-to-Peer Digital Asset System
Abstract. The Ethereum+ network is a peer-to-peer digital asset system that enables direct exchange of value without going through a central party. A zero compromise blockchain with the inherent parallelism and performance characteristics of an unspent transaction output (UTXO) based architecture and the Turing Complete programming of Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) architectures. SEC investigates the DAO token sale case
Following the publication of the SEC Report of Investigation of the
DAO (decentralized autonomous organization) (Release #81207 July 25,
2017), SONM Team needs to address this issue accordingly on whether it
would affect SONMs future development and the listing of its tokens
on relevant crypto exchanges.
Since the SONM Team has no capacity to construe SEC regulations nor to
anticipate their extended oversight in the blockchain market, the
following statements are merely an opinion.
As the SEC Report mainly addresses the issues of application of the
U.S. federal securities laws to the offer and sale of DAO tokens, it
is worth mentioning that during SONMs token sale:
a. no DAO entity and/or any other similar blockchain-enabled entity
had been employed by SONM for capital raising;
b. no DAO tokens had been publicly offered to investors during the
ICO campaign;
c. the SONM tokens, distributed at the ICO, are not DAO tokens in nature.
Therefore, we do not see any threat to the development of the SONM
projects. In addition, having long-term plans for participation in the
market of blockchain technologies, we highly appreciate the SEC
official clarifications, which make the rules of the game more
explicit and predictable.

I have accepted the fact that I lose the $4500 I put into this project.

I'm sorry this is affecting your investment. I don't know you, but I've been in your shoes. I myself lost 6500 to 7000, but I think everybody must know where they are stepping in. The dishonesty and greed of this ico is absurd.
For those all too worried about the fucking prices, just wait this hit bittrex, them you will be able to dump the tokens you bought there, including the ones you are doubling down in liqui because of the "fud".

What are you talking about? What are the 6500-7000 $?
Everyone can see what you are complaining about, this is the other side of the public reprimand. Everyone can see that you have about 50,000 tokens, and you complain that you are not credited with about 5000 tokens. That is, in fact, even if you take into account the fall in the price from ICO, then your possible losses are = (ICOprice - RightNowPrice) * 5000 = $ 30.

So here is the email I just sent now after being asked to send an email to yet ANOTHER sector of SONM. The part where I detail my problem with links to all transactions in all blockchains, and where I prove ownership of BTC address that invested, is below the initial part, all detailed and calculated, so there is no excuse at all to solve this. I don't trust this company, they should refund non-ethereum contributors who are unsatisfied just like they did with the pre-ICO.
I PM'd the copy of this email to these sonm_comunity profiles here in forums also.

Your support goes to forums to ask us to send emails and they are never answered.
You lost my trust, the better you could do would be to give my 2.63136938 BTC back. You gave the money back to pre-ICO and even gave them 4 times more token, why are they so especial? You harmed ICO participants who invested with non-ethereum coins, who are treated like second class investors having the worst exchange rates and bonuses, and your company is losing credibility because of that.
You released your tokens without solving your ICO problems, thus bankrupting all the ICO investors who are watching their investments going downhill in exchanges. You made us lose money.
You helped pre-ICO investors, why can't you do the same for ICO investors? We are as important, or even more, than the pre-ICO ones. Why don't you give my 2.63136938 BTC back, and money back to non-ethereum contributors who might be unsatisfied and bring this whole charade to an end?

Let me try to explain the classic mistakes in your situation.
The most common mistake of all non-ETH investors is that tokens are credited according to the time of the bitcoin\altcoin transaction confirmation.
As you know, in all bitcoin-friendly services, you need to wait for confirmation of the transaction (in our case, 3 confirmations), and only after that transaction completes (for example, any exchange).
Bonuses are calculated not according to the time when you sent your funds, but according to the transaction confirmation time.

As you can see, in this case you made a mistake with the reference point. Which in this turn led to incorrect results of calculating bonuses.

I think you have to consider SONM in to more exchanges at lest in bitterex. This is more impotent for investors like me. We have already loose out 50% ETH due to the current price. The small coins collected below 5 millions in there ICO are listed on major exchanges. Why cant SONM do this or is it the case that SONM don't have even 3 BTC to pay to bitterex.
