I just got my "batch 1" S9i today. It's essentially an S9.

Wow, what a huge 'surprise'...
This guy bought an s9i and didn't even notice the difference. S9 (normal) had 14 TH for 1400w, the new one has 14 TH for 1300w. Not a big spike but really not exactly the same.

The S9i is only slightly better in terms of the power efficiency than the S9.
Yes 1300W instead of 1400W for the 14TH. Disappointed.

I would not risk investing such an amount of USD at such condition of market. If you want to risk - choose a single powerful ICO and go full in there.

5. In december ethereum will change its consensus to proof of stake and every one want to stake their eth. It will make the price sky rocket again.

I'm already in Crypto since march 2017 and made a decent amount of money to pay off my bills and some holidays.
I had a situation in my family few months ago where I received a lot of money from my dead granma.
I would like to chose ONE crypto and go "all in" with around 50k usd.
My goal is 1 year HODL and then withdraw most of it for an house or something like that.
Doing my own research I found ICON (ICX) as possible 10-20x cryptocurrency in this given timeframe.
PS: Please do not suggest unknown or shitcoins. (I know those may make a good money but I am not confident on putting so much money in these).

You should think carefully, because $ 50000 is a huge amount, you can do a lot of things. You should not invest in crypto with this entire amount, I recommend investing $ 30000-40000. Then pick and buy the good and potential altcoin on https://coinmarketcap.com/. For myself, BTC and ETH will always be the first choice because these are the two best currencies on the cryptocurrency market.
