I only got into cryptos about a week before Xmas and don’t have tens of thousands invested but I do have thousands, I took to heart 2 things before I started this journey, first I studied and read and watched as much as I could about Bitcoin and I now fully believe in the bitcoin philosophy , second the money I put in I did with knowing I could lose it all, so no I am not scared, actually I love the excitement of the up and down keeps my interest going and makes me want to research even more

I have learned my lessons for sure, am starting the process, luckily only had 100 in there, but I am wondering can I open up another account on binance as I wait for it to get reset as I don't want to wait a month to trade, thanks for responding

Did you ever get this resolved, I am in the same situation and getting ready to start the process, seeing allt eh comments does not make me happy

You use Coinbase to exchange your cash to bitcoin then you send the bitcoin to one of the many exchanges, one is Binance if you are looking to buy altcoins like ripple,  verge, ada and many others but at the moment pretty much all exchanges are not taking new customers, so you are going to have to wait until they reopen just google crypto currency exchanges to find them, the rush to get involved has begun, its only the beginning

I am just now getting ready to buy bitcoin and set up a Coinable account, attached a checking account with some funds in it and sent 500.00 to Coinbase, that was on Jan 4th, I got a email confirming I did it and said I would have the funds in my Coinbase account on the 12th, oh and the funds WERE withdrawn from my account, is this normal, over a week's time?Huh thanks for any input

Morning, first time post, have been lurking and studying for the last month after my brother in law told me he invested in bitcoin and lite coin and a few other alt coins back in the summer, has already tripled his money, so I am taking the plunge, I am starting with $2000 and then when taxes come back another 3000 for a total of 5000, I am signed up with Coinbase which is where I am now spreading the 2000 between BTC, ETH and Litecoin, I now want to get into altcoins, I am locked out of Bittrex till mid Jan 2018 as they are not taking new customers till then, so I signed up with Bittance, my plan is to get into a few altcoins from there, but I noticed not all the ones I want I can’t get thru Bittance, I have to go thru smaller exchanges for those, is that the way it works, I don’t want to be doing it wrong starting out, any help or any links to help me out would be greatly appreciated, have enjoyed this forum the last couple weeks, very informative, also sorry for long post on my first post, thanks in advance...
