So I've been trying to recover my Sr. Member account for honestly 6 months now... forgot which email I linked to the account for the recovery email.
I've sent multiple emails to the recoveries support email but haven't received a response.
Is there a better way to go about this?

That's right - and users don't have to use their MDX holdings to pay for fees! Just simply hold the tokens and you will be auto enrolled into the discount program!!
Now is the time to get MDX too. $500-1000 gets you anywhere between 50k-100k MDX for those discounts. Looking forward to see what this exchange has to offer in the future!

This is a big disappointment for me.... Half a year for this platform

You have to drastically improve on the presentation (for ex: token list presentation, readability of the platform ..). These colours aren't pleasant at all, and the fees are enormous (If you don't have any mdx, you have to pay 0,50 % ? and if you invested more than 1400$ in the ICO, you have almost the same discount that that you have on binance with just one token ...)
Even if I invested in the ICO, I won't use the platform for now, it doesn't appeal me/ neither that it interest me ...
I hope that you will improve, it's such a disappointment
Beaxy seems to have done a very good job for promoting and developing their platform, maybe that you should take example on them ...

That's weird I feel the total opposite when it comes to the readability and appearance. Love the night mode. As for fees, if you own 100k MDX they are basically none existent, netting you a 92% discount making it cheaper than even the largest exchanges.
