Yeah we have observed it also at coinmarketcap.com on its market price movement. 4k is still not yet a what we called bounce back dor bitcoin market price increase it could still even fall at its worst which is below 3k USD. This is a crucial times for bitcoin and hopefully it will.not.going to happen.

Who knows! I heard some whales wanted to drop the bitcoin price lower than 3k. Will see!

However, there are many legit Bitcoin exchanges that have started accepting credit & debit cards as a payment method.
Here are some of the popular & legit Bitcoin websites where you can use your debit or credit card to buy bitcoins. I have tested these all myself.
1.Cex.io
2.CoinBase
3.Coinmama
4.Bitit
5.Wirex

Note: most of these exchanges require KYC. Choose an exchange with no KYC policy in order not to waste your time in vain. That's it.

It is not hate, it is fear.

If cryptocurrencies become mainstream and people use this for everything that could harm banks profit a lot.

Because banks are unnecessary mediators in the context of crossbording (for example) payments. Cryptos provide people P2P system with no banks and large fees unlike the conventional banking system.

What's going to happen if Coinbase accumulates 51% of all Bitcoins?

I suppose just the same if it accumulates 53% or 49%. Nothing serious. They just hold users' assests, and the're responsible for holding them. Stronger liabilities maybe...

Venture capitalist Lou Kerner says bitcoin is well on its way to replacing gold as the dominant store of value, noting that its market cap has already surpassed that of silver.

He is a venture capitalist and his words look like a promotion. I guess he couldn't say any other words against btc  bcoz he is likely to be a btc holder.
