It's always good to save most of what you own and not using on a cold storage. Don't save everything on an online wallet no matter how trustworthy the site seems.

Bitcoin can rise any time or go down at any given moment. That's the thing with bitcoin. It's very unpredictable, you never know what and when something will happen. That's just the risk that you take with bitcoin. I like it the way that it is.

You were right, it happened and bitcoin is really close to $400, even though it already reached the amount you predicted, it's still a good question if it will stay up like this or if it will come back down again.
I think this really just depends on what kind of situation you're in. If you can make profits from what the value of bitcoin is right now, then yes. But only if you need to, I think bitcoin will reach a lot higher since we're getting closer to halving.
