Hi guys, not sure where else to post this. I tired Facebook and reddit but with no luck. I purchased a bitcoin 2021 ticket for Miami a few days ago and found out I will not be able to go because of personal reasons. And now, I can't get a refund. Is there anybody that would be interested in the ticket?
Here is the conference. https://b.tc/conference

What setting do you have for your BIOS on the mobo running the RX570s?

Thank you for all of you guys help. I did some more testing and have gotten different results. I have done this as miner29 suggested,
-Made sure you have all the molex plugged into motherboard. 2 of them.
-Made sure the first gpu is in the long slot, the 16pin one
-I am using an Intel Celeron G3930 and have 8GB of RAM
I am also running HiveOS to mine for Ethereum.
I got the 3 RX5700 working. But for some reason, I cannot get any of the RX580 to work. I do not think its the risers because I swap them around and I still only get the RX5700 to work. So if I have the 3 RX5700 connected, and I connect one RX580. It does not show up on HiveOS, only the RX5700 do. Which if find strange. I can get the RX5700 working, but never 2 of the RX580. I can only get one RX580 to work if I unplug the rest of them.
I also did what stoniestfool suggested
-Switched all the PCI to gen 1
-Disabled virtualization
-Enabled 4GB
-VT-D Disabled
- 1st gpu should be in pcie 3.0 16 slot. Then the second goes to the black slot closest to cpu. Then fill up the black slots before using any of the white ones.
I have 2 power supplies. One 600W one for the MB and 2 580s and a 1200W server PSU for the rest of the cards. And I dont think its the mobo because its band new.
What I am trying to figure out now is why none of the RX580 work together.
Thanks

Mobo not detecting GPUs

Hello,
I have a Asrock h110 pro btc+ with 8 AMD GPUs. Im using 6 RX580 and 3 RX5700. The problem I have is that they are not detected by RaveOS or the BIOS. It cannot be the risers because they cannot all be broken. I only get 1 GPU to register when I only connect only one. I tried connecting 2 GPUs and does not work. Only when I connect one. I also tried connecting all of them, and none of them work.
Things I tried.
-Updated BIOS
-Enable 4G encode.
-Set PCIe support to Auto, Gen1, Gen2
-Enable/Disabled onboard graphics.
-Preferred Legacy boot mode
-Disable virtualization.
Here is some pictures of how they are connected and how it shows up on the BIOS.
Thanks

Great, thank you. On the specs of the mobo it says it supports up to 2400 RAM. I got 2666 RAM. Would it still work?

Tried that and it did not work. Tried it twice and got the same result. I also checked if I had any shorts and it doesn't seem to have any. I have the mobo sitting ontop of the anti static bag in came with. The mobo supports Gen 6 and 7 of intel. I have the Celeron G4930 LGA1151. It should be compatible right?

Great advice. I took out the mobo and disconnected everything from it. Just left the basic components on with one PSU (which i have 2 of the same ones). Tried it again and didn't work. Here is a video of it,

Would it be because the PSUs are "uncertified"? Because they should have enough power to turn on a PC with 1 RAM stick and a Celeron CPU.

Would it be a problem even if its the same PSU? Because I was going to use that other PSU to power on some of the GPUs. Besides that, it still doesn't turn on. Even if I just use one PSU.

Mining rig not turning on

Hello,

I recently got all the part for my mining rig but I got a big problem. It just does not turn on. I installed the CPU, RAM, etc. I try to turn it on without any GPUs and it just turns on for a fraction of a second. I thought it was the PSU did not have enough power, but it doest even work without the GPUs. It ONLY works when I unplug the power to the CPU. Here is a parts list

-ASRock H110 Pro BTC+

-Celeron G490 LGA1151

-2x DDR4 2666

-Varago PSU 600W (pic in the folder)

-GPUs (not connected)

I got two of these Varago PSU in case I needed more power, but I cant even turn on the mobo without the GPUs. I even tried connecting both PSUs to the mobo. One to the main power and the processor, and the other PSU to the extra power ports. I also tried to connect one PSU to the main mobo power and the other PSU to the CPU power and same result. Still does the same thing. I tried to look for an answer online but could not find anything. I tried to remove the RAM and put it in again, nothing. Removed the CPU and fan and installed it again, nothing. I am not sure what the problem is. All the components are new. Here is a video showing the problem and a pic of the PSU. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1D7BsnPlTva9fi6LkuZJ7IMiP_ZyosDaZ?usp=sharing
