Bitcoin reaches $100,000. I'd still have zilch!! Funny enough. Sold almost all my cryptos to navigate a very bad economy and these trying times.

I really love your answer Lizzy. I resonate with that as well.. The Steemit ecosystem had become a monopoly and freedom was needed.
I love the oneness of the community. It made everything transit smoothly.
But now my question is : Would this community learn from the steemit experience and put community first over personal rewards?
I believe that is what would make the platform valuable. And maybe add one or two more products or features to the ecosystem. Probably implement the SMT feature we've been waiting for so long now.
Bringing on SMTs would trigger mass adoption I'm sure and that would drive value to the ecosystem

I'm still trying to get the ropes around BTT though. I've known it for a couple years now but I've not really been that active. Made a resolution to be now I've decided to focus more on blockchain technology and it's prospects.

2. AS AN ENLIGHTENING AVENUE.
So I've been in the crypto space for almost 3 years now. Starting out from steemit and from there I became acquainted with the blockchain and it's workings. I was in school by then. Engineering school. It eased my schooling due to the new financial opportunity I had making money via blogging.
But fast forward to now. Steemit is arguably in the dumps now. The crypto blogging model isn't really sustainable now unless you know some whales who'd make the platform worthwhile for you.

So here I am after graduating engineering school and stuck at home without work due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Can anyone help with opportunities in the crypto space. I know there are a whole lot of them. I've been trying to do bounties recently. Trying to see how that comes out.
Can anyone help with community managing jobs? Or social media management for a project? Or content creation(Video reviews, article reviews and all that)? I got a YouTube page where I do reviews and I also do that on my steemit blog as well.
This is a call for help and not just for myself. I believe there are a number of community users here who have the same plight as me and would need help as well.
If you can be of help I would really appreciate it.

I would say that the deflationary token concept or model isn't really fascinating to me.
Asides getting scarcer and scarcer what's the use case of such token???
A token should be a medium of exchange but it defeats that purpose because it gets smaller and smaller and in time everything burns out. Makes no real sense to me.
The price spikes at first was just a bubble, same with BOMB. in time they were bound to burst.

For me I'd tell you this!!! I'd never give my money to anyone to trade for me. It's as simple as that. Credibility these days is a rare concept.
My money is safe so long it's with me. I can't guarantee it's safety in any other entity's possession.
Best I'd do if I want to trade is learn technical and fundamental analysis by myself . It might take a while but it's the best option in the long run.
Some of the so called signal services and groups are not even 100% reliable

I agree with the part of good authors not getting recognition for their writing and just toiling for nothing. A lot of persons got disheartened with that and stopped writing on steemit.
So that means the token price wouldn't have much value in the long run right?
