Can someone explain to me what's gonna happen next since it's too much to understand what's happening now for my brain.
"Cryptsy Class Action Settlement Update:
On June 2, 2017, the Court granted final approval to the class action settlement. A copy of the Order approving the settlement is posted on this website. In granting final approval, the Court has authorized the Court-Appointed Receiver and Class Counsel to complete the liquidation of assets that comprise the settlement fund. We expect this process to be complete by the fourth quarter, 2017. Once this process is complete, the parties must file with the Court a motion that provides the results of this process and seeks the Courts authorization to disburse the Settlement Fund in accordance with the Class Action Settlement Agreements.
At the same time, the Claims Administrator and Class Counsel are reviewing the claims submitted by Settlement Class Members.
We expect to start distributing the Settlement Fund in the first quarter, 2018. If this changes, we will post additional updates here."
Thank you TheTommyD, but isn't the 8.2m only gonna be distributed if they can find Paul and he then have to actually have that much? even if they capture him he would have spent at least half of it already? or do the court actually have that much somehow because I remember they were talking about 1.5m or something only.

The total is around 1.5 Million, to be split amongst the Lawyers and the Approved Claimants. A little over 1,600 met the Deadline and filed Claims.
They have not stated yet how many were approved.
One note of concern, is the Receiver stated that Just One Claimant's Claim is for more the the Entire Settlements Fund so let's hope that one gets Rejected Smiley
