Looks like there are a bunch of countries that are friendly towards ICO. Among them Singapore, Switzerland and Estonia are notable.

The cryptos will then be regulated by the SEC. Whether this regulation will bring good or bad can't be predicted early. Just need to wait for the future.

The economic condition of venezuela boosted the trading of bitcoin in the region. Also do not know for sure what may be the cause but it is great to see Argentina and Egypt in the list too.

Apart from the majority attack, this makes no sense. We all know how volatile the market is and a simple 100 dollar spike in price means millions in marketcap. You don't see any other entity gaining rapid momentum this fast.

Without 0 confirmation I don't think this transaction is possible. Just like BrewMaster said, it is similar to a bank cheque. This is an interesting development though. I can't disregard the possibility of a glitch to be honest.
