all tryptamines will be banned in UK from 7th January so 5-meo DALT and aMT will be removed on the 6th. If you want any you will need to buy it before then and dispose of it after then.

pegs back down to 500, and i think hes taking other payments aside from euph? which means it undercuts euph's usability outside of being a deal for buyer
we accept bitcoin too but it will always be much cheaper to buy using euph

Seems like the scaling peg did not work in this case. A higher peg would have held the price up better instead of scaling it down, acting as a wall if you think about it. Who wants to raise the price of EUPH over 500 sat when that is the value at the website?
Meanwhile I still hold 70k that I bought after launch at 200sat. Wish I would have spent them when the peg was higher.

we did have the peg at 1500 sats at one point but we can't keep it at 1500 sat if the price of the coin is 200 sat. I mean think about it, people have placed a lot of orders with us and the losses would be massive. As the price rises so will the price peg again.

Will be soon. As its not something we already had in stock verifying suppliers and getting lab analysis takes a while. We're not about to start selling something unless we know suppliers are right and the chemical make up is exactly what it is claimed to be.

OK BTC has now been added,
we had to sack off coinbase integration and do it our own way because their version of jQuery wasn't compatible with our wallet store.
Anyway, all done and working now so if anyone prefers to pay with BTC they can.

We very clearly state we will not ship any reagents to jurisdictions where those reagents are controlled and any orders for such will be cancelled.
I don't handle any of the compliance/legal aspects, but I'll make sure i forward to bill again. Like i said though, IANAL and those were just my thought up examples...

My perspective on it is like this.
We have taken legal advice in our jurisdiction and are comfortable we are within the bounds of the law here and operate a legitimate business.
If you guys wish to add us to Trex that's great we would be happy to trade there.
If you feel the need to take legal advice before adding us to your exchange, no problem but the responsibility for that lies with you not us as it is your business that is at risk. We have no appetite to pay for counsel that ensures your protection. Your business, your profits from fees, your risk.
If you have no appetite to pay for that either then we reach an impasse of mutual understanding and respect and leave it there this time.
I think we should put this to bed now, as far as we are concerned, and as far as I am aware Bittrex are concerned there is no bad blood or malice here, it's just a situation we have reached and neither party has the desire to do the necessary to resolve it.

and please read the rest of the conversation... i don't know how much more transparent we can be about this topic... believe it or not, running an exchange is a serious business. Crypto is cutting edge and there are a lot of grey space in regards to what is legal or not. Most of that space carries a stiff fine and possible jail sentence (refer to bitinstant, silkroad, satoshidice). When our legal counsel, perkinscoie, who is a major firm in the crypto space, advise us not to do something. We listen. The FUD in here doesn't seem to grasp that concept.

Its not to change their opinion. Its to get a legal review so that EUPH operates legally in the eyes of US laws. There are things that EUPH could could move them closer to the legal space... for example (and again IANAL), things like "We will not ship to the US" or "Verification of delivery location" etc... It's far from wishy washy. We talked to NOO and were satisfied with their legal status and compliance program.

Richie, if you read through this thread you will see any misinformation regarding this at no point has stemmed from us. My statements have been very clear on honest on what your terms were and why we declined.
Yeah, you have been very clear the entire time and we thank you for the continued clarifications and support. I wanted to chime in because everyone has conspiracy theories when we are just doing our best to run a legitimate and fair exchange for everyone.
