ich möchte hiermit einen kleinen Bug melden, der mir gerade im Steuerreport aufgefallen ist.
Und zwar habe ich am 20.03.2023 einen Coin gekauft, und exakt 1 Jahr später, also am 20.03.2024 einen Teil davon jetzt verkauft, weil ja nach 1 Jahr steuerfrei (Long-Term).
Die CT Seite "Steuerfreie Coins (Short & Long)" hat mir diese Menge an Coins auch korrekt als Typ Long / steuerfrei -  ab 20.03.2024 - angezeigt.

Nur leider stelle ich jetzt fest, wenn ich den Steuer-Report generieren lasse für 2024, dass mir dieser Verkauf immer noch als Short-Term berechnet wird, und somit als steuerpflichtiger Gewinn.
Meine Vermutung: Der Steuerreport deklariert die Gewinne erst dann als steuerfrei (Long), wenn 1 Jahr + 1 Tag vergangen ist seit dem ersten Kaufdatum.
Das wäre aber nicht ganz korrekt.
Vielleicht könnt Ihr das intern bei euch mal testen und ggf. mit einem der nächsten Updates korrigieren.

Too good to be real: My candidate is QUANT (QNT), currently ranked around nr. 75 on Coinmarketcap, with a marketcap of ~50 mil USD.

It has one of the most active communities of all crypto projects: Their unofficial telegram channel is exploding almost every day.
A patented unique tech (Overledger) that connects all different networks without adding an extra Blockchain / Consensus.
Connections to the UK government, and the EU, working already with banks on different trials / POCs behind closed doors.
NO inflation, like with so many other altcoins, and the token (QNT) has a real utility. Its needed for all transactions within the network, and for licensing purposes.

IF you have missed the early XRP run in 2015-2017, this could be the next project with a similar run, and it doesn't even need a marketwide bullrun to achieve this.

ETH ist one of the safest and best investments out there, no doubt. It will most likely outperform Bitcoin within the next 2 years - my personal opinion.
But it wont bring you life changing gains any more, - maybe 5x, max. 10x - since it has already pumped massively, from the early days until now.

Thus, i would also take a look at coins outside of the top 20, with potentially more chances for big gains (10x - 100x)

Don't miss out on QUANT (QNT)! Other members here have already mentioned it.

You can buy legit projects like Chainlink, Cosmos, or of course Ethereum, but those won't bring you massive gains any more,
since they are already at the top and have marketcaps in the billion dollar range, or at least >500 millions.
They might be good for another 5x if the market in general gets bullish again and we see another crypto rallye.

The Quant community is so active on twitter and telegram, and also more and more influencers are finally recognizing the value of this project.
It is an undervalued gem, that will most likely follow chainlinks path to the top of the marketcap ranks.

I would also like to know if we really have to fill out both forms completely(?)
I filled out the google form for the airdrop (registration), that was provided on twitter.
And i also filled out the KYC form - but NOT completely, because i dont want to upload any ID or passport files.
I provided my email, name, wallet address and residence / country, but for the other fields (upload files) there is no mandatory sign shown up, so i didnt provide these.
Will i get any tokens on the airdrop nevertheless?
Or is it impossible to participate without providing ID / passport data?

Hi, i just want to here some opinions from you guys, regarding the fact that theres a LOT of AI + blockchain projects in the crypto space.

I have the feeling that AI is - again - hyped, and everyone wants to hop on the train, to get a piece of the cake somehow.
Right now, we have quite famous projects out there, that are already listed on CMC, like DeepBrain Chain, SingularityNET, Bottos, Matrix AI Network...
And then theres a lot of other new ICOs, like Effect.AI, Synapse AI, Synthetics AI, Neurochain, DML, and so on...
Everyone is trying to hype his own project, where he has invested in, saying AI +  blockchain is the future, your idea sounds great, i'm going to invest.
It seems to me, as if these people just don't realize, that theres already way too much competition.
How are all these coins supposed to survive in the future when they are facing like 10 or 20 direct competitors.

First, it is not trading at 0.20, but at 0.40...
Second, when their new website comes, and Michael reveals more news about their possible clients in asia, and BTC remains stable, you will see a much higher price than that...
Its all about hype and speculation in this game, and you should know that.
Weak hands, panic people, people that dont know how that crypto market works, like you for example, are changing their minds instantly when the news of a project change...
So my guess is, that when Titanium has passed this whole Hack and FUD situation in a few weeks, and more and more people coming into this project, and the price goes up again... Then we will not hear anything from you here, Nothing, you will be sitting quietly in a corner, crying that you sold all your TBars in a massive loss, or whatever...

And third: Look at Titaniums number of twitter-followers, look at the community, the regular updates, the fact that they hire new developers, that they hired a new CTO, etc...
These are good signs that this project will not gonna die soon, as you are trying to proclaim here every day...

My guess is, you and that Christian guy, you were just trolling around here and on Tidex and Reddit etc... because
A)  you are either working at a competitor project to Titanium, so you want to harm Titanium because they are are threat to you in the future
B)  you wanna just try to bring the price down with all your FUD, so that you can then buy the tokens cheaper
C)  you bought at ICO and you cant stand the fact that you didnt make quick gains, which is - by the way - impossible in a bear market right now anyway
D)  you are just a poor guy, who has no work, and doesnt know what to do with his life, so you sit in front of the PC the whole day, trying to spread FUD on every project that is attached with bad news recently

I mean, you should at least wait a few days from now, till their new website gets launched, and see what information we get from Michael in the upcoming interviews.

What is wrong with you man? Why do you attack this guy, he's not responsible for the fact that you didnt receive the TBAR tokens.
 I don't know the details of that story with etherdelta, but if they really had faked BARs on their exchange, this of course does not necessarily have anything to do with the hack of 21.02.
 So it may indeed be true, that you bought faked BAR tokens, i dont know. Try to contact the TBIS support, and calm down a bit.

OK, so they are reffering to the official statement from TBIS, so nothing has changed to the fact, that cheap BARs (bought after february, 21th) will NOT be replaced by TBARs, no matter if they are on Cobinhood or anywhere else.

My picks for 2018:

The two top coins in supply chain sector:
- Waltonchain
- VeChain

Two promising coins in AI sector:
- DeepBrain Chain
- Bottos (or Matrix AI Network) - not so sure about who could be the winner

OK, so one more time:
The token price dropped because Titanium was hacked, around 16Mio BARs were stolen (rumors say by a team member)
Then TBIS reacted instantly and told the exchanges to stop the Trading of BAR.
However, not all exchanges acted like IDEX for example, and really stopped the trading.
So therefore, uninformed people just saw the cheap price of the BARs on HitBTC or FatBTC, and continued to trade, thinking they now could have made a good decision buying these cheap tokens.

The truth however is, all BARs bought after the hack (21.02, 7PM), will be worthless, as TBIS has now forked / switched the old BARs to a new token, called TBAR.
Only investors who bought BARs before this incident happened, will / have received their TBARs in a 1:1 ratio.
(Those who had their BARs on an exchange, had to fill out a form from TBIS to get their TBARs on the exchange, the others with BARs on their wallet got the TBARs automatically)

To sum it up: Everyone who bought BARs recently, should better sell them, to not loose all the money.
The current BAR token price on CMC doesnt reflect the real value of the token.
We will see the real token price, when trading of the new TBARs will start, within the next few days.

Good to hear that all the early BAR holders received their TBARs now.

And despite all the recent problems, lets not forget one point, that - in my mind - is a huge PRO indicator for this project:
- The active community, whether its here, or on Reddit, or Telegram... -
Theres not much projects from outside the TOP 100 Coins, with such an active community.
In the end it often doesnt even matter so much, if its bad news or good news.
The most important thing is, that there are news at all, and that the team keeps the investors updated regularly.
And that is a given fact, that i can see here. Team, proggress/updates, and an active community are the most important factors for a new project.

Just wanted to inform you, that i got my TBARs today, on MyEtherWallet (bought on ICO).

Interesting question for me would be:
Did anyone with cheap BARs on HitBTC or FatBTC - BARs that were bought after the hack for just around 5 cents - receive TBARs as well?

LOL. Good luck with that gamble. There's a 95% chance that your BARs will be worthless in just a few days.
I know that people think, hey, maybe they ll replace my cheap Bars with TBars, and i get an instant x20 gains... But, dont be upset if you get nothing at the end.
