Want to ask if my understanding about your project is correct. As what i read in your website, its like all the micro, small and medium enterprises will be unite or be part of a bigger picture in which they can also contribute in a bigger market. With the help of your platform, this dreams of the smaller enterprise is already granted. By gathering them in your platform they can now freely trade in much bigger market where only Big Investors have the abilty to do so? Thanks for correcting me if ever i did not explain it right.

^^This is great news, will you be allowing trading only in ETH? To all those interested the presale begins Nov 28. The great thing with Modul Trade is that third party software developers will use this platform fortrade solutions development on the base of MTRc functionality. The value this platform gives the users is a globalmarket place for optimal choice of counterparty and price. Currently there is no service like this. Module Trade are pioneers in this regard.
ModulTrade product will start with trading functionality in ETH.

I really think that Modultrade has a lot more to offer than a simple marketplace platform. The utilization of smart contract and full decentralization is really disruptive for that kind of market.

I believe that credible companies, grow their presence organically. Using other methods is devious and technically a scam.

The concept of being a B2B marketplace is very interesting.

we plan to end pre-sale in November unless we sold out all tokens reserved for pre-sale earlier.
Now we have commitments for more than 40% of the tokens.
And we plan to start the main sale end of November
we do not show total ETH and BTC collected as:
- we use personal accounts for every investor and generate personal addresses in ETH, BTC and MTRc
- we are also collecting fiat currencies
to show the correct picture of pre-sale progress we will be announcing regularly the number of MTRc sold out and will put it on the site soon.

- to pay commission in all cases (for Smart-contracts or additional services)
- to pay for goods in case the trade contract is set in MTRc
2. Most SMEs require money to start buying (more info here https://www.worldbank.org/en/topic/financialsector/brief/smes-finance)
- To help SMEs ModulTrade and MTRc holders will provide MTRc to SMEs based on their Reputational Capital
- ModulTrade introduces Trade&Reputational Network - for every user Limit in MTRc and related fee will be calculated (Reputational Capital) and will be changed based on user trade behaviour.
3. Merchants are waiting for SMEs to start buying
- ModulTrade will agree with Merchants to accept MTRc for the goods (we are planning a pilot with our German partner https://www.contorion.de/)
- and ModulTrade will buy back MTRc from Merchants they got from SMEs (for fiat or cryptocurrency)
- and ModulTrade will provide MTRc to SMEs - see point 2 above.

ModulTrade Ecosystem is open for 3rd party trade related services providers (like logistics, insurance, tax , etc)
While the core of the platform is based on the smart-contracts which supports different steps of B2B trade - the main is the contract between buyer and seller (here the platform provides Letter of credit functionality).
Other services integrated on API level and communicates with smart-contracts (for example DHL notifies that the goods are delivered)

I am sorry to say that, so far, there are a lot of failed projects:
1- There are several projects trying to do something similar, in order to differentiate yourself from competitors, you shouldve provided side by side comparisons to competitors and explain why each of your features are superior.

1. Given that ModulTrade' concept is based on the open ecosystem/platform we are trying to create a synergy with "real" similar projects (for example we work to partner with Monetha).
you are right that most of the projects fail and some are just not real. meaning there is no really good one in Trade Finance which you ready to work with or invest. unless you are targeting Alibaba.
why is ModulTrade different?
- concept - an Open ecosystem for end-to-end service of B2B trade cycle.
- the core - MT platform - we offer Letter of Credit and Guarantee on Smart-contracts. there is no similar product offer from new ventures (at least for now)
- team - we came from the Trade industry and have contacts and support to launch ModulTrade product.

And I think the business problem doesnt really exist, isnt significant enough and cannot be solved by a Blockchain. Though you try to make it sound like you do with lots of technical Jargon!
The market size is truly as big as the ICO claims and that the solution is possible. Evidence please?
