No, there's no way to get money out of it. There is no investment aspect to it.

Think of it as a billboard where the best position gets slightly more expensive to rent every time. There's nothing stopping you from putting your message elsewhere of course, it's just ordered by payment.

I wanted to seed the tower with one transaction so the first one was created with the very least amount you'd need to be in the database. The other ones are real I promise!

I apologize if this isn't the appropriate place to post about this, but I've just launched a new web site called Bitcoin Tower.

Here's how I describe it:

Bitcoin Tower is an experiment in modern capitalism and conspicuous consumption. The only rule here is the person who pays the most tops the tower. After that, all the previous levels are sorted in descending order. You can even attach a message to say whatever you want or advertise something!
