Is something going on with the web site? Was working fine yesterday but everytime I try to go there today it's saying my ip address has been banned and I'm not sure why that would be the case.

This is a genuine disappointment. I had high hopes for this coin. Even if this wasn't a scam and dev being honest this wasn't the way to shut things down because now everyone will think for sure that this was a scam.

Please note we the Tribe team do not control the mining pools. So if there is something wrong you need to contact the pool directly. That being said I' not sure what is wrong with cvmpool and hash4 appears to be on the wrong chain.

I emailed them to fix it. But I'm guessing you'll have to mine those coins again since there probably isn't much they can do due to having you on the wrong chain when you were mining.

Big news everyone. On the first of June next month we will be listed on crypto hub for trading. Tribe will finally have a fully active exchange to trade on. Also we have several wallet updates coming along. Please see below our message which was originally posted to discord:

With Tribe getting ready to be listed on Crypto Hub soon we wanted to announce the latest updates coming along. Please also note on discord that a development channel has been added. This channel will update with work done on GitHub to make it easy for the community to see what is being done. The following updates are planned to be finished/released before the end of this month. These wallet updates include:   

Releasing Mac Wallet: The Tribe Mac wallet will finally be released so that Mac users can use our crypto coin as well.

Implement block reward halving once a year: To help fight inflation Tribe will have a block reward halving where once a year the block reward will be decreased.

Implement 10% developer fee: After the community voted yes the development team will implement the 10% developer fund. What this means is that 10% of each block mined will automatically go into a fund/wallet to be used for paying to help further develop Tribe. Tribe was a no premine, ICO, presale coin. So all work being done by the time is done on our own time and money. This will help ensure long-term financing so Tribe will have funds to do things such as applying to new exchanges and such. All spending will be publicly tracked via discord for the community to see.

Change name/ticker in wallet to Tribe/TRB: There has been some confusion about the name vs the ticker symbol. To help make things easier as far as branding goes the wallet will now say TRB showing our ticker instead of our coin name.

Adjust block reward scaling/rewards to smaller steps and start earlier: To help attract miners and since we are such a new coin the required network hash rate to increase the block reward will be lowered. This will help out at the beginning to grow all aspects of our community.

Again all these updates are expected to be delivered before we go live on crypto hub on June 1st. After these updates and our listing on crypto hub we will provide details on our Tribe escrow service which we will be offering. And starting a new marketing campaign to help spread the word about Tribe.

Hello I am part of a small dev team who recently launched a revival of a dead coin. Due to problems with our previous website designer we're now looking for a new person to build us a professional looking web site. Doesn't have to be anything revolutionary just looking for a clean site which will tell people about our project with a home page, about us, contact us, and some other basic pages. prefer someone who would be willing to take payment in our new coin or perhaps half in our new coin and half in BTC or something. Though we did block the original premine which was around 1.5 mill so the current supply is more like 1.7 mill. We're working to see if we can make the explorer include the blocked premine.

Indeed there is no premine. We do have a dev fund to help for paying for things strictly development related and all spending is open and transparent to the community. But there was no premine and the dev team does not own any massive cache of coins which we could dump into the market to cash out on. I can say confidently that we have a vision which involves feedback from the community and we won't be abandoning it. The development team are all every day crypto investors who invested our hard earned money into DAS. And felt it was unfair that so many of us lost out when the developer disappeared. So we decided that we're going to make something good out of this coin as a community. All of us are crypto investors, minsters, operate masternodes and know what it's like for the team to jump ship on a project. I can promise that neither myself or the other guys on the time will be going anywhere.

@ piramid This coin is a rebrand/community take over of DAS which is over a year old. The 41 weeks is counting time from the DAS network. But yes there's no premine. The original premine from DAS was blocked by the new development team. And mining DAS and now Tribe has been open to the general public the entire time.

@ MaDJeR we're still working to see if we can update that. The actual current supply is closer to 1.7 mil or so after we blocked the original devs premine.

This is a community takeover. Tribe is traded on Nova, currently still under the name DAS, untill Nova has changed the name to Tribe
