I guess the dev did not think we can do maths and the reasonability test caught him out. Strange how the amount of effort increases in the attempts e.g. mobile and web wallets.

In essence the dev cannot pull sell orders of accounts he does not control, hence chances are high that sell orders are from good faith buyers and if it is more than mined coins it can only come from the premine.

The test can be improved by also subtracting dev declared sales. Premine is public accountable and therefore if the dev declares premine sales for things like development before he sells then those sells are also legitimate.

well it should be learn mate, this yobit bot is really making some convincing scene for those newbies thinking that the coin really
making it out great but in the reality it is the dev itself who's playing with his project and ready to dump after seeing some support
better to assess before buying alts mate.

There is one more reasonability test. The total of coins on the sell side must be lower than the total supply minus dev premine minus +-10% that is staking. As soon as the total on the sell side exceeds this number it means that the dev sold some of the premine. This test is based on the assumption that users that buy in good faith will most probably put their coins up for sale at a higher price to make profit. At this point the total on the sell side is about 4800 on the 3 exchanges. If 32k was indeed dumped, the sell side would have been at least 15k+  One could argue that the coins were removed for staking but staking reward is low and therefore the incentive to stake is low and POS difficulty is also still low.

Based on this I would say that the probability is much higher that about two players are creating volume, one with a bot, and one took profit with a large percentage of his coins.

I have a different theory.

I think, that ypool was hacked, the wallet stolen and the coins dumped in the market. The dev transferred half of his coins to the exchanges to sell and buy with a bot to create market volume. Then you dumped your 3700 instamined coins to make 1 BTC profit. Holyblood and the other guy that mined with 90THs on ypool also sold some. It is difficult to confirm anything without a good block explorer.

There is only about 72k coins available right now and dev holds somewhere 62k coins (LOL!!) not including 50% of STAKING he has been getting....so there is only 5k or 7k from miners. And there was over 50k coins dumped since this morning alone.. not mentioning last couple of days of continuous dumping. SMH lol

I have been watching this coin and I can tell that the mining cost is more and thus the value of each token is valuable .
1 ARG is easily above 35,000 sats , I hope the miners don't sell the coin for a loss and damage the market .


Dev team , we want to update our coin just like you did to make mining more better .

Good to see ALEX on an exchange with decent daily volume.

I mined and was looking forward to staking as an early investor enjoying the 50% till next year before the coin is popular.
The pool http://ypool.ga/alex stole all my coins. The sire is down no response even. Now what ? Lost forever ?

I used http://ypool.ga/alex for Lana and it was fine. But the entire pool is down. That whole site is gone. Every single coin pool gone.
Owner must have ran with the profits. I saw many people minig alex with massive hashrates.

I will be very careful next time as to what pools I use. I used them because they had worked so well in the past but now I think using a pool that send the funds directly to your wallet with no registration is alot better.
