It may not be a problem with your bank account but with the VISA card.

There are 3 big Visa types:
~ Visa Classic (or International)
~ Visa Europe (or VPAY)
~ Visa Electron

If you hold a Visa Europe or Electron, the transaction will likely not work.
VPAY and Electron have a different verification process for transactions who is not very "compatible"... well that's why they are cheaper, probably a business thing.

Last time I withdrew BTC, the same thing happened, but after 2 hours the transaction was done.

It's maybe related with the recent DogeCoin block value halve.
Well... even if there is an explanation, it doesn't change the fact that we receive way less than expected (including dead hasrate, orphans, and network issues/lag)

If they got hacked and stolen, it's their responsibility and must refund the users one way or another. What they are doing is literally robbery and they should be dragged to court.

I you are afraid of anything, make a copy of your "wallet.dat" somewhere before upgrade.
