Welleth is a decentralized healthcare charity platform using Blockchain technology as its infrastructure. It streamlines the process of identifying medico-financial needs of the community, and accessing funds placed by the community to bring the help required, without any 3rd party.
The implementation of this platform will surely revamp the current healthcare ecosystem providing solutions where security meets accessibility and affordability. Immutable and traceable patient records are matched with campaigns funded by donors irrespective of their location, eliminating the barrier between quality healthcare and socio-economic factors. Its decentralization will also help in cutting down pharmaceutical and insurance fraud, while improving data exchange in clinical trials.
Welleth will adopt an autonomous system of healthcare charities whereby no third party or middle man would be needed to connect philanthropists to people in need. These funds can be accessed and withdrawn directly at facilities using welleth EHR with respect to a medical case, approved by the donor. This creates a direct and secure channel between donors and beneficiaries. Better, more affordable healthcare for everyone.

How would participants benefit if they invest in the first superstar on SelfSell platform? Would the superstar event merely be a testing of the workability of the platform?
SelfSell is a "people" investment and financing platform where each individual can give himself a valuation and sell a portion of his share to the investors.
The superstar would be the first individual whose value (as a big celebrity) would be applied on the platform. Investors can then invest on him(through the crowdfunding). Every investor who invested in the celebrity would be given the Celebrity's unique starcoin which value appreciate according to the value of the celebrity.

While the project looks really good, I think it would be hard to convince talents that they can have their project supported in a blockchain built platform, especially because the world is yet to fully appreciate what blockchain is really all about.
One of the major reason to the point you mention above is the lack of innovation which gives a solid and strong meaning to the uses and potential of blockchain technology. With more projects like SelfSell the world would come embrace the technology revolution. Selfsell is leading the way!

Selfsell is indeed a good idea. It would be particularly interesting to see how the project pans out considering there are lot of problems blockchain technology is faced now. Blockchain technology is still in its developmental stages. While I would agree that such a project Has enormous potential to succeed I would say that the project could have come at a time later than now. When majority of blockchain technology problems have been removed or dealt with.
Thanks mate, your assessment is good. But you fail to recognise something. For blockchain technology to grow it needs project which would bring about a more meaningful use of it in the world. A lot of project today are concerned with bringing new ways of exchanging or trading crypto tokens without looking for blockchain applications which can redefined human life.

Wouldn't the volatility of Cryptocurrency affect the working of the project in the future?
One of the futures of selfsell platform is the starcoin and the starcoin exchange. Within the SelfSell platform prices are controlled by the appreciation of the individual value base on the worth of their project. So even if the price of bitcoin falls the platform is not affected.
