Read their white paper, look their partnerships to see the credibility of the project, and also their advisors. Next is look at the core team and the credentials, are they really fit into that specific project. Last is the project's advocacy and their mission and vision, do they aim to improve social issues? or are they just purely for profit. Look at the roadmap, where do they want to be in the next X year/s. Look at the technology what service are they providing, Is there really a demand for such service? are they implementing the right technology for their product/service etc.

The productivity increases because farmers will have more access to capital mainly because farmers will have easier access to micro-credit loans, therefore, they can buy more farming related goods and increase their yield without paying a lot of interest compared to when they used to borrow from loan sharks

What if the value of HART goes down? How will you motivate your field agents?
HARA Field Agent can eventually earn a salary of up to $700 dollars per month! they will just have to put in the work and have a mobile phone with internet connection
A Field Agent will be able to then transform to become a HARA Farm Manager. If a Field Agent is eligible to be promoted to a Farm Manager will depend on his local network and the quantity and quality of work he has previously done. What's the difference between field agent and farm manager?

Is being a data qualifier the same with doing a bounty programs?
No, because doing bounty programs does not require you to be part of the HARA ecosystem. A data qualifier should be connected to the data they are qualifying to ensure accuracy of qualification activities.
How can you make sure that the platform has enough data qualifiers for the data exhange to run in a timely manner?
