You know, hackers have stollen billions of dollars from simple debit cards we all hold. It has been our reality since the very first plastic card was emitted by a bank. So it is no surprise that the same things happen to crypto wallets.
this is so true and we can just can use preventive action from making this actually happen to ourself. Trust the big wallet that never been hack yet rather putting coin in exchanger in that have been hacked before.

In my opinion, most of the people who celebrating Chinese New Year will be selling more even if the price go down, but the other people who not celebrating officailly the "CNY" will be buying it more. I will buy more for myself for sure.

Yes, that is possible but don't worry about it because Bitcoin will rise up soon. Dropping of price only happens in a month so there's a probability that the price will increase in a month as well. So don't lose hope about the price but instead take this a opportunity to invest additional and then hold. There are speculations that Bitcoin will rise up too soon and will double the price as compared from last year so let's all believe and be patient to wait until Bitcoin will rise up again.
Agreed. Its just nearly below 6000 now. But it just the normal process of market price if you follow the chart flow of price by yearly since the last few years back. This is one of the way to make new people to bitcoin to learn more about trending of market pricing yet following the global issues which is giving impact to the trend. Enjoy!

The Korea Customs Service (KCS) has revealed an investigation into illicit Forex trading practices, and uncovered $600 million (637.5 billion won) worth cryptocurrencies that were exchanged illegally in South Korea.
The statement further disclosed four instances of illegal tradings. In the first case, money was transferred from Japan to an unknown country whereby 53.7 billion won were sent to another person/entity using cryptocurrencies. In the second case, funds worth 472.3 billion Korean won were exchanged between Australia and South Korea. KCS explained that transferring funds between countries with the sole purpose of avoiding bank and remittance fees is considered illegal.
In the third case, foreign currency was sent to an overseas organization (as cryptocurrencies) which were then converted and remitted to the recipient. In the fourth case, funds worth 164.7 billion won were received by a paper company, citing purchase of software as a coverup. KCS mentioned that it will start investigating cryptocurrency agents and forex operators for money laundering and illegal trading charges. Other areas that will undergo critical inspection include smuggling of drugs using virtual currencies. The names of the suspects were not revealed in the press release.

There are great concerns regarding virtual currencies and the justice ministry is basically preparing a bill to ban cryptocurrency trading through exchanges.
Recent news also has the Ministry of Strategy and Finance with an official statement saying they do not agree with the trading ban, and there have also been reports that a petition to fire the Minister of Justice (who quoted the earlier ban) has been filed.
Still makes sense. Government produce profits in remittance fees via taxes. If cryptos can go through banks as well as fees then that's income loss for the government. That's why countries go after cryptocurrencies.
Totally agree with you. Its all about the taxes and the higher the amount of coin the higher the taxes the profit the goverment get from it. Plus, some of the goverment servant must have experience how the crypto works and the future of it looking so promising for everyone.

they can do it but they wont do it. in my opinion, the gov looks this tech is what they need in the many future ahead. which everything needs an upgrade and its more efficient to use. but if they do get law against btc, it means that they fail to get profit from it. any gov is just trying to set up how to getting profit from it in a long period time. if all country have their own crypto signature and yet its can be use anywhere in the world its actually more profitable to everyone if they looking deep into it. PROFIT all the time, anytime, anywhere, and everyone.

Yes other coins might make you more profits but i think of bitcoin as storing value that in the long run gonna make me profits on my assets too.
Bitcoin price might dump drastically if more alts became paired with other coins and there was no need to buy bitcoin first to buy alts.

This is my selection of analyzed Masternode coins part of Crypto boom generation 3.0, every conclusion presented herein is a speculative outcome of each coin within 6-12 months. The purpose is to offer a fresh perspective for investors using unconventional assumptions.
So let's begin from lowest to highest current valuation in the coins that I have analyzed so far:
-PhantomX: Needs new website design, haven't downloaded wallet. Speculation of malware infected files, 1 investor lost all funds after using PnX.
With new website/design team and clearance of malware rumour this coin could gain x50-100 by Jan 2019, current valuation including maxsupply is $3m
-Desire: Needs website revision, team seems legit (Asian based?). No PoS, current valuation including Max Supply is $50m which is fair value.
With continued development this coin could gain x10-30 by January 2019. Of tested wallets Desire has one of the fastest transaction rates.
-Force: Lowest MC including MS, PoS/Very fast wallet, possible x1000 6-12 months with dedicated design & marketing team/new website.
-Bulwark: Market Cap including Max Supply $300m. Fairly slow transaction speed, no PoS until year 2, solid team and best presentation/marketing
Possible x10-40 6-12 months, could be a future x1000 (5-10 years)
The following are likely Pyramids disguising as Masternodes (pure speculation!):
-GoByte: Italian Mafia racket, exit scam before Bittrex listing around x10 current valuation. Slow wallet & highest MC of $750m
-Magnet, Pure Pyramid MC $200m+
IF Magnet and Gobyte's ROI is transient before switching to PoS or some other planned roadmap, then they would not qualify as Pyramids, annual ROI is more of a marketing tool in this case. I know for a fact that Magnets listed ROI is incorrect, invest with care. Anything above 100% ROI that is not of a temporary nature should be suspect of Pyramid scheme.
Giro Coin looks highly suspect on the dev team, possible scam, haven't analyzed it futher. If dev team aren't scammers they need to redo profile pics.

I have a question, total supply show 1,304,143 GBX and in circulating supply just show 479,156 GBX. Where is the other 824,987 GBX? it confusing me
