Can you explain more about this, with example? => Negative trading fees of up to -0.025% (you are rewarded for trading with us)

Anybody have experience with bitmain in regards to repair if you are not the original buyer of the miner. If I bought the miner from a reseller, does bitmain accept my repair without the original buyer's support ticket. The miner is still under warranty.

I just gotten the antminer S9 for Jan batch. The Asic# for one of the boards is lower than the rest, and the hashrate is lower too.
I'm using a third party PSU rated at 1900w with 220v, and I'm using 220v circuit at home.
Anything I can do besides sending it back? Chinese new year is coming, and by the time I got it back might be late February

Do you have any photo/screenshot of the interface? So I can look at the error 

And also make sure your miner and the device you are accessing the interface from are both in the same network/wifi.

My miner seems to have a high amount of discarded, anybody know what it is? Or have a high number like mine?
I'm on supernova pool if that helps.

You might want to contact the support. My miner seems to have the acceptance rate quite evenly spread out.

I see that zpool has a verge (myr-gr) pool, but why nobody is mining on it? Payout in btc, that is why everyone is skipping it?

I'm sure part of the delay is caused by baikal's inability to arrange/pack the miners to be ready for shipment. The other reason is due to china's current courier networks being jammed by the 11.11 singles day sales like I said before. The backlog of parcels can reach until mid december to be cleared. This is based on my past experience in regards to buying discounted items from china on 11.11.
I'm in on the second batch, so let's hope no sales happening during xmas period in china. And first batch buyers can all get the miners soon.

I sent the payment last wednesday, no confirmation from them yet, although my local bank already sent and cleared the payment on the 2nd day.

If they are sending the miners out from china or hong kong. I think the custom checks are quite busy this few week due to the 11.11 sales in china. Let's hope it don't get stuck at the custom.

I think transferwise allows you to transfer to the destination's currency only. So you can send hkd to Hong Kong bank account only. But baikal only accept usd
