Re: Repeating of all time high has begun
by

Yes, indeed. Other altcoins are starting to rise which is I'm very excited about. Bitcoin is halfway back from its last all time high but unfortunately the other altcoins aren't. They are still 300%-1k% down and I'm losing patience if I'm going to sell it to go all in on bitcoin. I sort to have that feeling that bitcoin is the only coin the everyone will keep pushing because of Libra being a major threat to 99% of the altcoins.

Re: hackers becoming smarter than exchanges?
by
FUD Expert
on 22/06/2019, 00:34:59 UTC
No, I think these hackers just study thoroughly the security protocols or anything that these top exchanges implement. Whatever complex security feature comes out, it is very certain that there will be a course or explanation because a company sells that kind of online security. That means it is available for the hackers to check on it and find a way to bypass it.

Re: is it possible that the bitcoin was created by governments?
by

According to conspiracy theory, Is it possible that the bitcoin was created by governments to gain financial strength in the modern world?

That would be the dumbest conspiracy that I have ever heard. Even if it is true then we should be on the mass adoption stage in the last few years but we are not. Only an unselfish person or group of people would ever made bitcoin. Why will the government ever need btc when they can all have the power of fiat which they can print as long as they want.

Re: Bitcoin is for scammers, yea right!

The table have turned again and I think it's the second time because the media only started covering bitcoin in the midst of its all time high. Now they say,  bitcoin is going to $100k and up. All about positive things. I barely see any FUD right now and it's much more about upcoming partnerships related to crypto. Everyone wants to get in and these could continue on the event when Libracoin is released.

Re: People are losing confident and interest in altcoins

Do you think it ever going to be recovered and if you think, yes, then how long?

I can't deny the fact that it makes me worried when I think about FB's coin entering the crypto space. Based on my research, all those P2p or any related digital payments will  likely to be obsolete because Libra coin is here to throw them out from the competition. But I'm still begging the market to make one final bull run that is huge so I still can get out and make the best profit before my nightmares from Libra come into life.

Re: Hold ETH or Exchange with LTC
by
FUD Expert
on 21/06/2019, 11:01:40 UTC
I'm holding BTC and ETH for couple of months. I already have gotten great profit from ETH, should I hold more? Or I shouls have moved to LTC which also looks like a good investment for now. Please share your opinion, why or why not?

I believe it's a good gamble. Everytime I check my twitter, all the crypto personality that I follow are sharing the same hype from the coming LTC halvening. I think people that got early in the LTC before it started to rise are going to sell it before  a week or days of halvening. I'm certain because that is how it always go but because we are in a bull market, it won't just go to moon  in the halvening but could increase more by the end of the year.

It's hard to make people stay from libra when they aren't ever aware of the crypto. I only appreciated the real purpose of crypto or bitoin after a year because it's not really easy to comprehend its vision. The other billions who use Facebook right now will easily patronized this because they can't live without facebook and I bet they don't even care about their own privacy.

Re: Libra VS Bitcoin (2 Coins Enter 1 Coin Leaves????)

Banks  with no  doubt will shill Libra with their most effective and expensive marketing. That's how I only see it. But I think China or other asian countries will never let it enter their market just like how Google and facebook is banned is China. So sorry. Mr. Zuck but only bitcoin will be the one who will win this game and not by your Fb empire' coin who will surely sell private information.

Re: Drop in ICO Price after listing
by

on 21/06/2019, 07:54:35 UTC
You all people need to be reminded that the market price is different on the company's speculated price. The team of the project decide on what is the price likely to be based on their assessment and that's how they view ICO. But the final judegement are on our hands and that happens when it is listed. Sometimes it's just marketing and hype but a real good project rarely drop from its price after its ICO.

The mvp or minimum viable product is the key element for a project to reach it's full success. I remember a lot of projects that has a lot of hype and they were saying this and that  and like who don't buy it will be sorry. But when the moment of truth comes out which is the release of the beta of the product, the see the reality and it's ugly. And now the projects is completely dead like the others and many people got rekt.

Re: Bitcoin Rising, Scams Rising
by

I agree because I notice a much more quiet events of scams in the last year up to the present compared to 2017. Scams like thebillioncoin, one coin that existed on facebook. There are also hyips that got me attracted and lost my money. Only left by now are those telegram scammers pretending to be part of any team. I don't see much of them nowadays but like you said OP, I'm certain that they are going to change their scam strategy.

Re: $1 Billion Dollar’s Worth of Cryptocurrency Stolen in 2018

You can't blame those hackers to target huge exchanges because I know they find it very irresistable. I really hope that a tighter regulation or even a government body is going to be created that will focus on hunting down these hackers and jailed for life imprisonment. And now even Binance was proven prone to hacking and the market is very healthy again, I start wondering on how much will be stolen on this year by online theft again.

Re: After ICO, the tokens sank in price. Why?
by
FUD Expert
on 15/06/2019, 02:29:11 UTC
As a rule, most blockchain- projects that have collected tens of millions of dollars for ICO, issue tokens on the exchange without real production growth.
What does it mean?

This is not new and I believe it only started because of the bear market. And this is also the reason why many projects shifted to IEOs and I was suprised that it succeed and made investing in startups alive again. Even the not so popular exchanges that lauched their IEOs have made their IEO price stable after listing and it did not go below than that.

Re: Do we need blockchain technology?

I was still doubtful before but after I hear Mark Zuckerburg releasing their own cryptocurrency coin then now I am certain that we really need it.
If that man who just studied blockchain recently was convince right away to implement it on his Facebook product then it's not just who need it but the whole world for sure and we are going to benefit from it.

Re: Why DEX (Decentralized Exchange) still unpopular?
by
FUD Expert
on 14/06/2019, 13:38:00 UTC
Maybe just give it a time guys. Binance can always pull of new strategy to make things work. Nobody even expected the success if IEOs and everyone thought that STOs are going to fill the cryptocurrency craze again  but Binance did differently  and everybody copied their style. So once the Binance's dex became successful, more and more dex will exist like mushrooms.

Re: 3 Coins To Watch For June 2019
by

on 14/06/2019, 13:21:23 UTC
I only see Binance coin worthy of monitoring its price movement but not just for June but in the next coming years. If bitcoin is the king of crypto then Binance is the king of exchanges and crypto marketing.  EOS and NEO are just boring for me and to think the Eth is still no.2, it means they already failed.

Re: On short-term traders
by
FUD Expert
on 14/06/2019, 13:07:59 UTC
Short term traders are both gamblers and losers. It's clear that they are showing the quality of a gambler because when they chose a coin for their short term trade, it means they are really sure if it's going to increase and I'm sure that they are just giving it a timeframe if it really do well. And then they are losers, because they are going to anything to scare others and make FUD so they can buy that coin cheap again and sell and make the loop.

It depends on your own mind game. For me, it is just a small pullback because bitcoin can't just grow and increase as it wants. There will be people who will think that it is time to dump their bitcoins, or like you said they are taking their profit. I've been in btctalk for more than 2 years and I'm certain that it is enough for me to stay no matter what happens.

Re: Do you regret it not selling at peaked on last jan 2018 ?
by
FUD Expert
on 14/06/2019, 12:42:41 UTC
Do you regret it ?
or do you believe BTC will create a new ATH ?

I do believe that btc will still create a new ATH and $20k is just like small pump compared to the coming years. But I also regret selling at the peaked because the money was enough to give me a new life and make all my problems go away. A house, a car and business and I will still have a lot of money left but  what I did is to HODL until it dropped.
