He probably did get the ID which is what he is now offering as collateral here. People who cheat others at the expense of previously cheated people are serial scammers. This is a loan to avoid, with or without collateral.

You are an actual retard. I work for a fake producer. I needed a physical because the new california DL just released. If you knew anything about making a fake you need a real one mailed to you so you can scan it and build a template. Completely un-related to this loan I am asking for, good investigative work though shaggy.
