Re: Why we must study Economics at University?

We use economics on our everyday life. It affects almost everything. A good example of this is our daily spending or how much we will pay for a particular goods or services depending on its demand. Economics also gives us idea about how our economy runs, inflation rates, job opportunities, etc.

On my own opinion, i think the other government will not support cryptocurrencies because every country have their own currency and there's no law or policy about the use of these cryptos.

Re: the billion dollars question

I think IT is in demand today due to the pandemic. Most people today use IT or internet more often. Like for example in the academe, instead of face to face classes, teachers use online media platform as their medium of instruction. Employees who works from home use internet and computer since they cant work inside the office. Online shopping is also trending because its more safe for people to buy goods online than to go outside.

Re: In the pandemic economy, tech companies are raking it in

I think tech companies are in demand now due to the pandemic because of the social distancing and the left and right lockdown around the globe. Since we are limiting the face to face contact, schools today will be using internet and media platforms for instructional purposes.. and also since most people loss their physical job, some of them looked for online jobs so as they can support their families.

Re: Do you want to invest in crypto?
by
Fantastic33
on 23/06/2019, 08:58:34 UTC
Based on literatures, its nice to invest on crypto because the return of investment is high. However, it depends on its supply and demand. Other than that, price of crypto fluctuates from time to time. So it means that there will be a time that you will get a high profit and sometimes negative.
So before entering on this type of investment, read a lot.. study how it goes so that you wont regret at the end. Investing is like a gamble. Its either you win or you lose.

Re: Why spend time in bitcoins?

Most people find bitcoin as a source of their additional income that is why they spend some of their time for it, especially those who do not earn much. i think its not a waste of time, rather its a big help for them.

No one knows what will be the future of bitcoin. Its future depends on its users and holders. If we continue to use it then it will still be on our system in the years to come. Im just hoping that one day all people may be able to use it.

Re: 99% of questions and answers are the same

Some topics are almost the same but not 99%. Have you tried to read from other boards? Different people can have same questions about bitcoin especially the new ones, and we give answers/thoughts that are almost the same with others. We are all interested to know more about it and sometimes posting a question is the most easiest way to find answers and gain knowledge from it.

Your observation is also the same with mine, even i  posted a topic like this few months ago at the meta.  Wink

Re: EVERY TIME IS RIGHT TO BUY AND SELL
by
Fantastic33
on 09/08/2018, 12:26:03 UTC
Yes you can buy and sell anytime you want because thats your preference, but i think it is still important to consider its price when buying or selling. Say for example you bought crypto at high price then sell it at lower price, then it will turn on losing all your invesments, that is why monitoring its price is very important and there is always a right time to buy and sell.

Re: How does bitcoin become a currency?
by
Fantastic33
on 04/08/2018, 10:55:45 UTC
Bitcoin is more of an asset, but it is also considered a currency in an electronic form. You can use it yo purchase goods in services. Some shops in other country already accept btc as a mode of payment, but most people convert it to fiat especially when its price has a high equivalent value on fiat then use it to purchase anything they want.

Price fluctuation on bitcoin is normal due to its changibg supply and demand. Usually increase in supply due to panic selling causes its price to decrease. But thats normal. Dont be upset. Its price will still rise. Just be patient. And play on its price wisely.

Re: If the government supports bitcoin instead of the existing currency.
by
Fantastic33
on 28/07/2018, 09:28:35 UTC
I dont think that the government will support cryptocurrency over fiat. Every government have their own fiat and have some regulations when it comes to crypto use due to the risk that it can cause the public. Besides the central bank still dont recognize it as a currency.

Re: why the state does not print a lot of money?
by
Fantastic33
on 26/07/2018, 12:47:06 UTC
The central bank determines the amount of money to be printed that will be circulating in the system. According to an article written by Bajpai (2017), too many or too little money that are printed have an effect to both macro and micro economy that may eventuall affect the public in a positive or negative way. Decisions on printing money is not that easy. Right amount of money is very crutial to make the economy sustainable and healthy.
