Congrats Smiley I actually bought a code for Crysis 3 awhile back, but I desperately wanted Bioshock.. if I didn't already have Crysis, I might've gone after it harder. Enjoy!

Quick newbie-ish question. I simply use the basic Bitcoin-qt wallet. Is it compatible with bit365? As in, does it allow you guys to send my winnings back to the same address? I've never tried using it for that style site yet, so I was just wondering.

Hi Feldspar,

Yes, the Bitcoin-qt will work just fine for receiving payouts back to the same address. Almost all desktop-app wallets will work, as well as the online wallet Blockchain.info.

Cheers  Smiley

Thanks! I love that you guys are offering parlays, and that your minimum bet isn't too outrageous (well, for my small-timer stakes that is lol). Here goes nothin'!

Is it dangerous for our computers to go into the site since the security certificate has expired?

Yes and no.

It doesn't matter you connect to the site with an outdated certificate, the traffic is still encrypted and FreeMoney just said he's aware of the problem, so the error isn't on your end.

However: Since the certificate isn't valid, an attacker could launch a MITM-attack and you would get a similar error, so there's currently no way of knowing whether you're getting that error because of the current problem or because of an attack.

So I would recommend _not_ logging in as long as the error's not fixed. If you have Bitcoins on that site, and if you fall victim to a MITM-attack now, your Bitcoins will most likely be gone. Just sit tight and wait till it's fixed.
thanks

I logged on, pulled some btc back to my wallet, and played a little PLO just fine, despite the certificate. Just so you know. There's like 200 people currently logged on playing fine, though admin said in Seals chat that there is still an attack ongoing.

Man, there are a lot of shitty tinfoil-hat wearing mofos in this thread. Why the fuck would you post ender's work phone number? That's incredibly fucked up. If you honestly thought Seals was trying to fuck anybody over, you're an idiot.

Kudos again to the seals team for working so hard and making progress. Here's hoping the attackers have had enough.

Seals Team, great work on this. I'm sure it's been a couple of days/nights of pulling your hair out. I am fiendin' and missing the Saturday Guarantee, but I can live another day (or few hours, as the case may be).

I saw in another thread that BTContilt.com has a flashy website up and running. What's the deal there? The other thread talked about being scammed, in this thread somebody mentioned they shut down after a really bad DDoS attack - were they legit, or a shitty flash in the pan Seals competitor?

Greetings Eligius Miners!

So, after some discussion, I've dropped the minimum payout/enter-queue amount to 100 TBC (0.16777216 BTC).

This is implemented, as per suggestion from Luke-Jr, as a two pass approach.

The payout queue setup now does a first pass using the old minimum payout amount (400 TBC or ~0.67 BTC) and miners that timed out from inactivity (> 7 days).  Then, it does a second pass with the remaining miners for any that meet the new minimum payout amount of 100 TBC.

This should make it a smooth transition, and once the payout queue gets cleaned up a bit (either on its own through generated payouts or sometime soon from a manual payout), I'll put everything back to a single pass using the new lower minimum payout amount.

Also, keep in mind, that customization of settings such as your own desired minimum payout amount are coming soon!

-wk

This is great! As a wee little GPU miner, I greatly appreciate the chance to, in the future, get smaller payments more regularly. Now we just need a bunch of high-luck blocks to come our way to catch up the queue Wink.  Thank you for all the work you do!

Yeah.. if you really think earlier today was a "crash", then I suggest you get out of BTC immediately. Or just use them for currency and not as investment assets.
