Re: the four Es of gambling
by

this is my understanding of the four Es. do you agree or no?
I only agree with the term "excess",a gambler becomes addicted to gambling when he gambles excessively and irresponsibly. It's quite obvious that chasing losses and wanting to become rich overnight through gambling are attributes that contribute to gambling excessively.I don't agree with the term "excitement" it is natural for we humans to get excited after a win or a reward, but it's important never to get carried away by your wins because it's outcome may affect ones emotions negatively.

Re: Must everyone invest in Bitcoin?
by
Fiasem20
on 08/09/2025, 14:44:06 UTC
There's no doubt that Bitcoin is a worthwhile investment asset, but my question is: weren't there other valuable assets worth investing in before Bitcoin's invention?Yes there were and are still in existence.I did a research on the word "must" and from the Merriam Webster site I got diverse meanings of the word "must" and out of the diverse definition of the word I only picked two words "command" and "compel".
It is a wrong act to compel or command a person to do something out of their own will, when people are allowed to do what they find interesting to them nobody would be blamed when they start facing the consequences of their actions.I believed nobody here was forced to participate in the bitcoin industry and community.

Re: Private Keys vs Seed Phrases- What They Are and Why They Matter
by
Fiasem20
on 06/09/2025, 15:55:01 UTC
It would be unwise of a newbie not having knowledge about backing up of seed phrase and private keys. When I got into the cryptocurrency space newly I was told never to disclose my seed phrase to people and not to store them online, and that information got into my brain, that's the reason why newbies should be careful about the information they read online, some information could affect them positively or negatively.
Desiring to know about the security measures on how to keep your holdings safe from scammers it's actually a nice move anyone could take most especially the newbies.Lastly, backup your seed phrase and private keys offline and have duplicates of them in case they got destroyed or lost.

Re: Why still plagiarize when there is AI?
by
Fiasem20
on 01/09/2025, 21:14:18 UTC
I thought that the reason why people were plagiarizing in the past was because of the lack of research tools and platform. Now that even google has integrated AI, research shouldn't be difficult and the rate of plagiarism is supposed to reduce drastically.
Why is there still plagiarism?
The simple truth is, people are plagiarizing because they fail to acknowledge the original poster of the content they want to pass to the public.Insufficient research tools have never been the main reason why people were plagiarizing in the past, even before artificial intelligence Google has been in existence,so that's not the major reason why people plagiarise. It's just a simple thing to do, give citation or the source from the site you've taken an information from.

by

Cryptocurrencies isn't supporting any wrong thing, rather cryptocurrencies should also be used a payment method just like the way our traditional currency is used. The viewers are the ones destroying themselves and not the society.

Yes, it is the usage of the crypto that makes it good or bad, just like the fiat money that can be used in good or bad, both ways.

Anyways, since we have discussed that porn is one industry where crypto is widely used, I never saw many platforms advertising here on bitcointalk about those services related to this industry. RedCAM.ME is the one announcing its services here, but usually we don't find other providers even know about this bitcoin forum  Huh
Lolz,so would you like to advertise a signature campaign related to the porn industry?

Dear Beta Test participants and Bitcointalk community,
We are planning to launch a second Beta Test on Reddit.
Since we don't have much experience starting or managing threads there, we would really appreciate your advice and guidance on how to do it properly.
Your support has already helped us grow here on Bitcointalk, and we would be glad if you could share tips to make our Reddit launch just as successful.
Reddit is popular platform just like Bitcointalk,so it's a nice platform you can advertise and promote your project.I really don't know much about how a project is been promoted there.I wish you a successful promotion on your new move.

Money is indeed power, when a person is rich he's respected and regarded in he's vicinity. There's this common statement in my country "money stops nonsense" come to think of it that statement is absolutely correct. Many individuals aren't just resourceful with their capital, they aren't productive with their capital.
That's why it's most advisable to adopt the lifestyle of the ants. The ants gather their food during summer and when it's springtime season they don't bother going out in search of food, such lifestyle should be applicable in our lives, invest on bitcoin and businesses now that you're youthful because it will get to a time when your strength will fail you.

Re: Fiat currency VS Bitcoin
by
Fiasem20
on 01/09/2025, 15:40:11 UTC
Bitcoin serves as a digitalized decentralized currency created and it is clearly stated on it's whitepaper that it's creation is to eliminate the involvement of a third party in a transaction and to prevent double spending in a transaction. If it was stated on it's whitepaper that the primary goal of Bitcoin was to replace the traditional currency there would be an endless war between the government and Bitcoin in terms of accepting the new monetary policy.Even amongst bitcoin enthusiasts they're lot of people who don't use Bitcoin for their daily transactions,to me Bitcoin is more of an investment vehicle than a payment option because it's hasn't been widely accepted in some countries.

Re: Reasons to use only Discretionary Income for Bitcoin investment.
by
Fiasem20
on 01/09/2025, 14:09:15 UTC
Discretionary income plays an important role in terms of investment. Many folks neglect the importance of prioritizing their discretionary income and face the outcome of accumulating their holdings prematurely. After all the basic necessities are met like food, housing, clothing and electricity bill, the left over money is known as discretionary income, which can be used to serve different purposes like traveling, saving and investing. Most importantly, prioritizing your discretionary income on investment eliminates financial stress and build a long term goal.It would be unwise for an investor to prioritize he's discretionary income on bitcoin investment without building an emergency fund.

Re: Ranking up/down
by
Fiasem20
on 01/09/2025, 12:19:10 UTC
I really don't have much to say concerning the new merit system which might be implemented in the future. In my own opinion,I don't think this demeriting system would affect newbies that are spamming the forum with garbage, rather it's going to affect high ranked members that doesn't earn merits consistently.
Merits are given based on a constructive post, but it's becoming very obvious that a user's constructive post may not be merited if it isn't presented in the giver's ideas/thoughts.So in such scenerio, what do you think should be done? Everyone has a primary goal why they're on this forum,so you think implementing this rule would stop newbies from hunting peanuts on airdrop token?
Op in your own perspective you think this system would reduce the rate of spam, though it might but it won't.In my own perspective the system/rule is unfair.

Re: RedCAM.ME - WebCam Sex for Crypto(Bitcoin/USDT/ETH etc)
by
Fiasem20
on 31/08/2025, 20:47:32 UTC
No doubt that bitcoin had been accepted long time ago as a payment method, that's the reason of it's creation to serve as an online payment option that doesn't require the involvement of an intermediary to execute payment.Exactly, the porn industry can't be left behind as other industries have been accepting Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies as a method of receiving payments.

I would add to this argument. There are a few industries where people would like to hide their identity and porn websites are the ones where people would like to visit and pay anonymously. The other industry is the gambling and crypto payments give a boost to this industry too. The people who are still using credit card on porn sites are either not aware of crypto or there is something wrong in their approach  Huh

Of course, your argument has a strong point that is right on track to a key psychological driver for cryptocurrency adoption. You may call it privacy in sensitive transactions and there you will think of making payments with cryptocurrencies.

While these porn and gambling industries got benefited from this crypto adoption but on the other hand some people argue that crypto is supporting wrong things like helping the porn and destroying the society. Well this argument may be valid but still we cannot blame crypto alone, porn was there when there was no crypto. We need to focus on exploring the broader implications

Cryptocurrencies isn't supporting any wrong thing, rather cryptocurrencies should also be used a payment method just like the way our traditional currency is used. The viewers are the ones destroying themselves and not the society.
