"...Every startup/designers idea is unique and requires a relevant path. First step is meeting with the designer, analyze the product, and chart a path for products life cycle. After that we can look at how many units/day/week/month should be produced in order for the designer to achieve positive revenue. The goal is to incubate and educate the designers on not just manufacturing, but on how to become a small business owner, running a retail operation successfully, reducing overhead, so on and so forth.
