can you ping the ip of the website or load it via ip? is it just the domain is blocked?

We are finishing up whatever bugs we can for the next release probably in 2-6 weeks.
It will be a fork due to the difficulty change, block time, stake and masternodes
rewards increases and a few other changes.
The KORE "Surf's Up!" Tor browser will most likely be in the release after this next one
if all goes well.
