Help needed:

When I try to send KMD with Agama wallet I go through step 1 and step 2, but end up with failed transaction and message: "signed transaction failed to generate".
windows version, OS 8.1.

Sending less KMD has not fixed the problem.

What can I do to succesfully transfer my KMD?

I am looking to buy 50,000 heat in this depressed market.

We can do it with a valid escrow no problems.

I expect people will want to get back into BTC soon so they can also get the BU split if it occurs.

PM me in the forum messages for details.

the problem is, that nobody wants to sell his equity in this phase of project and there are no professional traders at the moment engaged in trading.

just retards are selling now, like stewieG.

Thats not a depressed market what you see, there is just no market now.

Yeah, and BU is a topic for itself, if it ever happen. I am a blockchain maximalist and almost are bitcoiners are it too.

got about 1500 of them, what are you offering?

I want to request payout and see payout amount in Iguana.
However my default address in Iguana is of course different from the ICO address I was assigned.

How to proceed in the payout process? Or how to add that address to Iguana? thx

Default address doesn't matter.  Enter your KMD seed for the payout address when you go into Iguana and should work.

thx, I figured it out.

I don't know if this is a known or unknown bug or client side related,
but what happens / happened is:
1. I downloaded Iguana (Windows, Basilisk) and put in the default seed that was offered after download. A random KMD address appears in the wallet.
2. I then requested payout and this was subsequently done (probably immaterial to the problem)
3. I reopened my Iguana, this time I put in the ICO address seed.
4. The old random KMD address kept appearing instead of 'my' ICO address.
5. After uninstall and reinstall and doing step 3 again, the correct ICO address apeared including funds and all was well again.

We're almost there. Intended to launch around midnight however stretching our last bits we have a to sleep a few hours, so it will draw to the last hours of Thursday afternoon. Until that we have a little work to do thus can't offer you any more sophisticated humor to match with the sentiment of this, still joyfully unmoderated, thread  Grin

I'm sure most of us are just quietly watching instead of having a meltdown like those 2. Thanks for the update, dev.

He plays the role of patser clown not the role of 'dev', right

BTCD just hit a 27 month high, in USD terms.  It was last at this price way back in October 2014.

And the price is still a bargain, considering how much KMD you get in the swap, etc.

I suppose that there is reluctance to buy BTCD up to .006512 conversion price out of fear of what good KMD will be when they are not tradeable?

Currently we're finalizing the Asset Exchange implementation and its UI. We still expect to scrap the current testnet with a new mainnet-like temporary testnet for final tests and adjustments any time. The BTC gateway automation and all its related software are left for last, for which we'll have to see how far we get before the estimated Wed 18th night launch. We really want to launch the genesis on that date and need to make the necessary compromises so that launch and HEAT trading from the client can be arranged, whether full functionality of the related BTC wallet microservices is achieved by then or not.

Web site cosmetic makeup will be online any day before launch.

FY2016 is over and accountants are furnishing the Ltd company's balance statements and financial reports in the next weeks, in time to be available for the 2nd funding round planned for Q1 2017. Investor prospects of course require proper financial reports, and these need to be in line to prove a sustainable business model and budgeting. That's part of the transparent structure that was planned since the inception of Heat Ledger Ltd - having to comply with the regulations regarding company reporting can also be used as a benefit for the seed round (cryptocurrency) investors. It's somewhat unusual that official reports from a cryptocurrency operation are actually required by law, so in our setup we consider that an advantage for the investors to genuinely being able to see how and at which pace the received funds are being used. It also involves more complex accounting tasks than running sole proprietorship and "having expenses sheet" for instance, so the reports need to be prepared with the effort required and will be provided in due time.

I'll be posting a schematic outlining the various phases of the funding details (HEAT tokens, options, shares) soon for clarification regarding the rights and opportunities embedded with the receiving of the HEAT tokens.

You con artists getting nervous over there? Why bother writing something when you don't want to deliver answers.
All I see is soon, due time, soon, financial reports prepared soon, soon, planned for Q1 2017, soon, 2nd funding, soon.

And no it is not unusual that official reports are actually required, because you just have to do your financial reports for the company you founded, all fucking companies have to do that so don't act like you are the good samaritans for releasing shit. I hope at least the accountants do better at calculating the amount you collected and don't come up with the half amount you presented a while ago here.

Also what is a "mainnet-like temporary testnet" supposed to do right now? Why would you spin that shit up now when the testnet is set to launch on Wednesday?
Oh and why the fuck won't you guys release the source code on release? FFS we want answers and no "released soon" marketing Bullcrap.

Exact date: They will deliver on September 5th in Q1 2017. Fa sure

Where can I read about REVS? I used search and if I got it right it's some kind of asset using its own side chain on top of Komodo. But who is developing it and for what purpose?

In the FAQ there's a section about the REVS: https://komodoplatform.com/faq/

Quote
What is the ‘revenue asset’?

For BitcoinDark a certain revenue share was promised from the various projects that compose the overall SuperNET ecosystem. Those revenue shares won’t migrate to Komodo. Instead, the BTCD holders will get an extra asset that will inherit those revenue streams.

The asset is entitled to these revenue streams:

5% of InstantDEX profits
5% of SuperNET profits
5% of crypto777 profits
After the ICO is over, a snapshot of the BTCD blockchain will be taken. With assetchains we have created a new asset called REVS. A BTCD private key will be required to prove that you had BTCD during the snapshot.

Thanks!

One more question.

Total BTC Raised: 2639.03 - Total Market Cap: 12,900 BTC
How is that possible?

You have to add up the market cap of BTCD as valued at the end of the ICO:

Total BTC raised: 2634.04 BTC
Total BTCD swap: 8392.727 BTC

Total Market Cap: 12,900 BTC

--> KMD exchange rate = 0.000129 BTC/KMD = 7747.9 KMD/BTC
--> BTCD exchange rate = 0.006511 BTC/BTCD = 153.59 BTCD/BTC

By now there's only slightly over 100K BTCD was swapped. Nobody knows how much will be swapped by the end of the year.

Also BTCD capitalization is 5,421 BTC. Where 8392.727 BTC number come from?

We must assume that at the end of the year all BTCD is swapped.

Everyone who holds BTCD in their local wallet doesn't have any rush to swap, as they will get the REVS asset anyway, and have a lot of time left to swap. The BTCD that has now been deposited is presumably mostly from central exchanges.

If after 1year it turns out only for example 50% or 80% btcd was swapped, will this lead to additonal KMD pay outs or be beneficial for KMD owners in any other way?

My prediction of July:

(...) Use this feedback to think about it. Money won't be a compensation for the pressure you will earn if you go on with that. Disappointed Investors are much worse than I am here. (...)

(...)
And sure, there are enough naive and unexperienced guys and even more gamblers to send you money. You will learn that money can be pressure. It creates very intense identifications over a long time. And I'm not speaking just of Scams. It doesn't matter what you plan. You will find out that I'm not guessing.

Hey, in ICO phase they said they would deliver by September 5, possibly September 10, and its only January now! :-)

Some will rob you with a six-gun, others with a fountain pen.

So why doesn't  the market pick up those BTCD at half price? I haven't got any liquidity left or else I would. Why does nobody else pick up the arbitrage?
Is it that the market does not trust this project after all? Is the market stupid?

When is the snapshot of BTCD for Komodo?
What is the best wallet to store my BTCD in for these purposes? Currently they are still on Poloniex.
Please advise, Regards

The snapshot will happen after the ICO, but there is no exact time yet. We will announce the exact block when it happens once it is decided.

If you want the REVS asset via the snapshot, then you must send your BTCD to a local wallet. Check out bitcoindark.com for instructions, and join #BTCD channel in SuperNET slack to get more info or if you have a problem.

For the KMD swap the funds can be sent from anywhere, even from an exchange.

Sorry if this has been answered before but couldn't find it.. when will the snapshot for the REVS asset happen? Before the end of the ICO?

For wallet download purposes: what is the total size of the blockchain?

Basically the delay must have been known to the devs beforehand.
Which brings me to the conclusion, that you ran out of money and lied to the community about the progress of your project.
This would also explain the hasty ICO, which you started shortly after opening the thread.
While your alpha looks really nice and the whitepaper is really good, youre actions on the community are not to be accepted.

For me, this means that I will sell my Heat tokens shortly after you release them and will not reenter. Period.

So true.

Another gem earlier on in September was how, after missing every deadline they promised, they said they will refrain from mentioning a further release date from this or that, because this can be "too easily misunderstood for an actual release date".

Oh well, another day another scam, what's new and who cares. And maybe one day we'll even see some of the investment back.
