[WTB] VCC for UK PayPal verification - in GBP
by

Subject sums it up: I'm in constant need of VCCs to verify UK-based PayPal accounts (so they have to have a balance of ~3GBP) without any kind of ID verification or phonecalls/sms.

Name the price and I'll test-buy one from you, then we can do more.

As of today, is it correct that Spectrocoin now requires new users to verify their account with ID before letting them to get even a virtual card? That's what I can't get past with my account.

The reason why I asked this question is that I've contacted PayPal support while using Cryptopay card, and PayPal said that operation (verification payment) was cancelled by bank, not by them. So no, it does not depend on PayPal - it also depends on your bank.

Thanks for your answer though.

How long does it usually take to verify an account with you?

Non-WaveCrest bank bitcoin-fundable debit card on the market?

Hey guys!

So, since at least Cryptopay and Uquid now require an ID verification even if you want to spend a small amount of bitcoins via PayPal and both of them (as do many others) use WaveCrest to operate these cards, it is now a rule for all WaveCrest-issued cards.

Do you know of any other issuer that allows you to fund debit cards with bitcoins and use them online (which is, obviously, includes PayPal) without asking for your personal information?

Thanks!

Hey!

So I've been trying to use a virtual bitcoin-funded card issued by Cryptopay/Uquid, but it is now impossible without prior verification. And these services DO NOT state that clearly, which means people who are not comfortable with providing their ID all over the planet will lose money on transactions and fees only to find that you can't attach that card to paypal without ID verification.

So, my questions are:
1. Do you use the same bank they do?
2. Do you OR your bank require me to provide some ID before I can even use my card with PayPal? I would also appreciate an up-to-date information, as Cryptopay said 'no, we don't need ID' and after that my card wasn't accepted by PayPal because the issuing bank blocked first payment needed to verify the card (the 1 pound transaction).

Thanks!

Just an update I had to learn the hard way: as of now, cryptopay doesn't allow you to use unverified cards at PayPal at all. At least that's what happens if you're a new user: PayPal will not be able to process the addition of your card and CryptoPay staff said in web-chat that it's a new 'bank policy'.

So, basically, to use it with PayPal in any way you need to verify your card - share your ID with CryptoPay.
