هناك موضوع اود مشاركته معكم بخصوص موضوع مختلف بعض الشيء عن العملات.
الموضوع: قضية ارض
المبلغ المطالب في القضية: ٧٠ مليون درهم + التعويض
خلاصة القضية: ٥٠٪ من الأرض كانت ملك أبي، قامت شركة العقار المسؤولة بتحويل الأرض عبر مستند مزور من دون توقيع صحيح
اخذ ابي الموضوع الى لجنة التسوية ولجنة التسوية طلبت من الطرف احضار مستند اصلي للنسخة المرفقة. الشركة لم تستجيب لهذا الطلب. رئيس اللجنة وضح لأبي الموضوع ان في حال كان المستند صحيح بطبع ستستجيب الشركة وتوفر المستند الأصلي حتى يتم اخذه الى المختبر لمعرفة ما اذا كان المستند مزور ام لا، نصح ابي ان يرفع دعوى على الشركة ومطالبة قيمة الأرض + التعويض، هذا حصل في ٢٠١٦ عندما قدم ابي الموضوع الى لجنة التسوية. لدى ابي قضية أخرى على شخص حيث صدر حكم بها ان يقوم الطرف الأخر دفع مبلغ لأبي، ولكن الى اليوم الشخص لم يدفع لذلك كان المخطط الاعتماد على ان يدفع الشخص لكي يتمكن ابي من رفع دعوى ضد شركة العقار بنسبة لهذه القضية، بسبب ذلك اليوم نحن بحاجة الى مساعدة من أشخاص حتى نتمكن من رفع الدعوى على شركة العقار بنسبة لقضية الأرض.
المطلوب: مبلغ لتغطية مصاريف الدعوى ورفعها في المحكمة
في المقابل توقيع عقد بين الطرف الأول (ابي) الطرف الثاني شخص يمثل الراغبون في المنتدى بدخول في الموضوع وتوفير المبلغ، يجب ان يكون شخص يثق به الجميع في المنتدى ويجب ان يحضر في احد البلدان حتى يتم توقيع اتفاقية عند كاتب العدل ليضمن الحصول على ٢٠٪ من المبلغ المطالب به في الدعوى.
للعلم ابي على يقين انه لم يوقع هذا المستند وان المستند مزور من طرف الشركة. لو كان لدينا المبلغ لكي نرفع الدعوى بكل صراحة لن ندخل اي طرف اخر ونقوم بأعطائه نسبة ٢٠٪ لأن المبلغ كبير.

في حالة كان المبلغ المطلوب معقولا فأظن أن عضويتك تمكنك من توفير جزء من المبلغ في شكل قرض loan من الفورم و باقي المبلغ ربما يتم جمعه بشكل تبرعات.
عفوا، كم تبلغ مصاريف الدعوى و مصاريف رفعها الى المحكمة؟ القضية في ظاهرها شكلية و مفروض السلطات تتحرك لوحدها للتثبت من الاتهامات بالتزوير الموجودة صلب القضية.
مقترح: أجد من الأفضل أن تقوم بحملة جمع تبرعات من الأعضاء و كل شخص يجود بما يقدر عليه مقابل وعود منك بدعم القسم العربي مثلا أو تطوير تطبيقات مفتوحة لتسهيل المعرفة مثلا.

hello guys, just 3 hrs ago my 22000 satoshis disappeared suddenly. i didnt know what to do messaged them through faq and email. i started checking internet i saw similar problems in forum that freebitco admins/bot automatically play multiply btc. so i checked it was the same case i didnt even play multiply btc but freebitco showed i played and lost in jackpot which i didnt even ticked in first place nor played i was shocked. dont know if it is technical problem are anything. just dont deposit anything in your freebitco account. also if did anyone faced similar problem how did you solve it? did they refund your btc?

That is too ambitious a forecast. I doubt they will achieve even 10% of what you stated.
Nothing about the price associated with ICOs and using smart for fundrising. Ethereum is still under valued.

After all, this should be queued as priority task in Theymos task-list.

Bitpay is actually one of the most trusted services helping both merchants and custmers to make trade and exchange operations using btc and bch. Surely they faced problems dealing with classic banking institutions, though it will be an upgrade lefting them back or to lunch its own system.
I checked compagnies using bitpay and everything looks fine running.

This is a ridiculous idea for the case of India. The people suffer from poverty and ignorance when politicians play the easiest cards to get in parlament.

It's funny that this happens in Tunisia when they are more open to cryptocurrencies. In the other hand, you have Algeria and Morocco where cryptocurrencies are banned and yet, exchanges still operate there.
