The feature is called depository on blockchain, check the announcement post I linked to, it has a white paper on it in English and Russian. Basically it allows you to make deposits on the blockchain and receive interest depending on the amount, length, and weight of the deposit. It also has some really cool security features like automatic liquidation protocols!
Pegascoin is about to reach block 150,000. After that theyll launch their Depository On Blockchain system, looking like a great time to get into Pegas while you still can!
