I mined about 45 CURV with my 2 nvidia rigs (2 x 1080, 4 x 1070, 4 x 1060) of these until I read all the posts about skein being an ASIC friendly algo. What a shame! I was also interested in ARGO but I may abandon it for the same reason.
Why choose such an algo for something ostensibly for a "decentralized" platform? Neoscrypt would have made more sense, but there are SO many neoscrypt DASH clones out there.
Anyway - I will be interested to see what happens when/if this hits an exchange and I can see what my 45 CURV are worth - was it worth mining them with GPUs for about 12 hours? I guess we will see. I would guess that when plenty of these skein ASICs are up and running, this and other skein coins will get so diluted they will dump in price. So I guess I will sell mine sooner rather than HODLing.

I dont get your logic and can you write more clearly?
if there will be asics of this coin why will there because of this dump price? neccesity of making asics is when difficulty is so high that mining with gpu is unprofitable and at this time there is demand and accordingly price is high or average, otherwise what does matter to make asic?

Guys which one is more stable pool for mining ARGO

I split my hashrate over two pools, bsod and protopool. Both have lots of miners, so they find blocks every couple minutes.
I started 7 hours ago with ~3500 Gh/s on each pool. So far "Total Earned 9.45568257 ARGO" on protopool and "Total Earned (unconfirmed) 10.66947024 ARGO" on bsod
So that is mean protopool is better ?
no, bsod is more profitable but payout time is more than protopool

protopool net is scamming, bsod is paying me 2 coins per hour, while protopool only 1
im mining for three hours at bsod and mined coins is at unconfirmed balance and sent to my wallet is 0. at protopool there was fast payment to wallet. its normal?

You can take the memory to zero, this algo doesn't benefit much from memory increases, at least on my rig.
will memory decrease result electricity consumption decrease?can you write your afterburner settings and which gpus?
