I wasn't able to purchase on your ICO. And recently I was planning to purchase BAR tokens in exchanges but I saw the news about the stolen BAR tokens. Is it okay to purchase BAR tokens now, or should I wait on forking BAR smart contract - TBAR implementation?
Don't buy any BAR token from exchanges for a moment they all are useless. Even you buy After 21st 7.00 Pm you cannot participate fork and your money will be wasted.

To exchange old coins for new ones, you need to install a purse on the computer and send coins there? Right?
New wallet will be released in March and you need to send your PACs to wallet. Burn will be done as 1000:1

don't use BTC/PAC Pairs to buy PAC for a moment. There is also BTC/PAC pair in yobit but those are kinda scam to sell much more expensive.

As far as I know, team is very busy with rebranding coin. They will release new website latest 15 January. This thread is prety old after releasing new website they may start new ANN with the new face of coin.
In my opinion it's real moon trip. At 15 January they will release new website, new social platform for comunity and white paper. And after that at March they will do fork for 1000:1 coin burn. It will make things easier to see PAC/BTC pairs on exchanges.

Guys I am not team member but from Discord what I know is only website you should follow for a moment is Paccoin.net And they are moving their servers to another one. This is why website is in maintenance for a moment.
And because of the huge demand, for 3-4 days they are not selling PAC from website. But you can still buy PACCoin from Cryptopia or Yobit Exchanges

Qlink, and zilliqa seems to be a good coin in the future, Qlink has so many support from the community and the hardcap already reached only in few minutes. telcoin, bitdegree and gladius seems to be the perfect choice consider the developer is not needed a lot of money. and there is a lot of room to growth.
