Hi there,
I noticed some Nvidia cards come in both 2 fan and 3 fan models. Apart from the difference in length, are there any design changes that would impact on hash rate? There seems to be $200-$300 price difference between the two. If no technical difference between the two then buying twin fan model would be the cheapest.
Don't go for cheap, there is a reason for the 3 fans in this card ,it keeps the card cool and as you mentioned there is 200-300$ price difference between the two so module with 3 three fans will be more stable and will last longer then the one with 2 fans.I noticed some Nvidia cards come in both 2 fan and 3 fan models. Regardless of the cost of electricity , which coin is more profitable to mine?
lots of people call Bitcoin Cache "shet coin cach" because maybe its not profitable to *MINE*.
but when i check table of which coin is more probable to mine, it say BCH !

but my idea is BTC is better, any idea?

Bitcoin is more profitable to mine ,because some say that Btc is the king of cryptocurrencies its price will keep on increasing ,so if you mine Btc and hold it for a time then you surely will get a lot of profit .Have patience mine and hold the coin for some time .Regardless of the cost of electricity , which coin is more profitable to mine?

I remember four years ago when a project was launched asking to get funded through ICO, the team were asking to get funded so they can create a movie about Bitcoin which will star prominent actors and actresses, but the project was a big failure because they cannot present their identity and their credentials in making a movie, they cannot even present their past movie projects.
Now it's 2019 and so many things happen in Cryptocurrency, the news is everywhere and it becomes very popular on four corners of the world.
Don't you think these big production company like Warner Bros, Universal and Netflix should do a movie about Bitcoin?
Not really a documentary, but any kind of genre, like action, horror, comedy I think if the story and the plot is good, it could make a box office
What do you think and who do you want to star if ever?
This could create massive publicity for Bitcoin.
You are right there is indeed need of a movie to be filmed about bitcoin .When will this happen? This will happen when countries will start to accept cryptocurrencies ,At present many countries like china have declared cryptocurrency illegal. When big countries accept bitcoin then it will be a green signal to the big production companies to make a movie on it.Now it's 2019 and so many things happen in Cryptocurrency, the news is everywhere and it becomes very popular on four corners of the world.

Sorry but hodlers who buy with dca method are the winners in this game.
Dollar cost average is by far one of the best methods many dont like it as they dont have patience.
We the people want to see results always too fast if not we not interested only few the handful can really do the buy the dips combined mixed with dca style buying.
Yeah you are right hoodlers always win. The reason is that Bitcoin is now much more than a simple coin it has now become the main currency of the internet ,so its price keeps on increasing. Short time traders can get a profit of maybe some dollars but hoodlers earn a lot .Bitcoin's price was not more than 0.004$ at some time but now it's all time high price was 69K$,which is alot .Dollar cost average is by far one of the best methods many dont like it as they dont have patience.

I'm interested in hearing thoughts on location, hosting, splitting investment across different miners e.g S19s, M30S+. Buying hashpower instead of hardware, Here's some info to bear in mind (happy to answer more questions if you have them of course).
Located in the UK but happy to host overseas - ideally US, currently considering Compass for hosting but very open to others
Basic experience in working in a mining pool
Decent understanding of technicals e.g difficulty, hashrate, BTC price impact, buying new vs used, power supplies, scams etc

Mining rig is generally used to mine Ethereum ,litecoin and other altcoins whereas an asic miner is only used to mine bitcoin. I think asic miner will be more profitable as bitcoin's price is rising ,but because of the rising bitcoin price it is becoming even harder to mine bitcoin ,so you will need a lot of asic miners to get about 50$ -60$ daily.And About all profit Details
? Obviously this depends on where you are located. Such as if you live in an expensive place in the US or Canada, then its a lot more than in other countries. Also if you are young, middle age or older.
I always felt the number had to been minimum 10 if you asked me this years ago. But now with news articles and videos saying btc true value is somewhere in the 300-400k range... well that 10 btc number certainly is a bit high. I guess the number probably is minimum 5? Then again you hear old videos where people say... just make sure you have just 1 bitcoin...as that is enough. Thus if it goes to 1 million dollars... well that is a lot of money. Even after taxes, that is a lot. But when people say its half a million or a million, well then that number could drop to say 2 or even 3.
And i see many people on this forum talk about not having 1 btc and its their goal to get 1 btc. Obviously back then, it was much easier with the low prices. But now... anyone who wants 1 btc need to spend 25k... thats a ton of money for most people and most people don't even have that in their savings. But for someone who is from the West... thus in the US or Canada... what number would you say that should be? Of course it could be in a wealthy country in say Asia, Europe or Australia. As the price of Bitcoin has soared to about 50K USD so I think 5 will be enough for a person to live a happy life for about ten years. The price of BTC will further increase up to about 140kUSD in a month or two or a year and 5 BTC will be worth more than 6 billion dollars, which is a huge amount of money. Sooner or later that lifeboat will be much bigger it will rescue much people. The ship is sinking and we don't have to find another ship since the Bitcoin lifeboat will be the one that will take us into safety or make us winner, this reminds me of that famous game.
Yeah surely bitcoin is a lifeboat ,it has made many of us rich and will make others rich in future .It is the most powerful amongst the cryptocurrencies .It's price increases and also decreases so anyone can buy it at their affordable price .The one is now in linked with Bitcoin will be rich is future and it has been proved when at 2017 it's priced hiked to a level of 20k USD many people became rich at that time.

you have a point there my friend, to have money is a challenging thing, earning money is not that challenging. If we compare a life of a villager to the life of a rich man living in a city then the rich will be weaker than the villager, because of lack of activity and other factors.So if we have money or Bitcoin we should use some part of it to help the poor and oppressed rather than spending it all on ourselves.I don’t think “good” and “BITCOIN” are the same thing, most likely the opposite.

I decided to quit smoking today and buy Bitcoin every Sunday. A pack of cigarettes I smoke is $10. It cost me $70 per week. So every Sunday, I will buy Bitcoin without checking if the price went up or down. Even if it goes to the moon, I will keep buying. I will edit this post frequently in the future. This Sunday I will start investing $70 in Bitcoin every Sunday. I will keep this doing as long as possible and let's see what is going to happen.
I believe that at least I will invest in something that I believe, instead of wasting money on unhealthy cigarettes. Maybe some of you can do the same.

Thank you all for your support guys. 1. Week I bought 0,003650 BTC. Even the last 2 days it was cheaper, I waited until Sunday to buy. Rules are rules. I edited my post and let's see what is going to happen.
Btw, to be honest, I couldn't stop smoking completely. But in 3 days I only smoked 5 cigarettes in total. I smoke cigarettes for 10 years. I quit smoking for 1 year before. So I can do it again. Probably I will not smoke more. I feel better now.
I followed Allen Carr's famous Easyway to Stop Smoking method to quit smoking before and in my opinion, it's the best way I have ever tried. I am sure it will work again. For smokers I can recommend this method.

I will be delivering a lecture or an address by weekend on a topic which would be part of the Crypto book am working on. The topic i will be teaching is "Crypto Risks: How to Minimize risks in Crypto business."
I would want to focus on trading and Investing. But, i want to know what you think on the following;
1. what are the major crypto risks that one should know and avoid by all means.
2. How do we tackle these risks or are there way to tackle the risk?
We can use btc trading and invest as a case study.
The major risks in trading are to put all of your investment only on one coin. This is hazardous, if the price of a coin suppose Bitcoin is increasing and you think that it will keep on increasing then my friend you are wrong, this crypto world is unpredictable as it is not controlled by anyone. You can tackle these risks by investing in multiple coins and getting profits from there and also being persistent, it is the key factor in trading.I would want to focus on trading and Investing. But, i want to know what you think on the following;

All of us are talking about this bull run is encouraged by institutions.
Suppose as an individual, will you sell your bitcoins at a good price or just hold them?

If you are not sure you can just sell half of it at least you still have some more if the price goes up and the other half you could buy other coins with that. It's better if you spread your investment to multiple coin and not just on Bitcoin.
Yeah they are right it can not happen .The reason I am saying this is that fiat is more powerful than cryptocurrency ,this is because it has now been used for almost more than a century for buying goods and other stuffs and fiat has the support of the government and banks .So as banks are linked with fiat currencies so it can not replace cryptocurrency especially Bitcoin.
