Eine Lösung um die Lautstärke zu minimieren ohne von  Luftkühlung wegzugehen ist mit nicht bekannt -  dann geht nur Lautstärke dämmen in einer Mining box oder dgl.
Alternativ bei wenigen Geräten kann man natürlich zu einer Mineralöl Tauchkühlung greifen. Wasserkühlung wäre zu aufwendig ohne bestehendes System - Bauteile.

For Cooling equipment we can inlcude the pump, hoses and the oil cooler. As container we used an aquarium but its probably to big/risky to ship?
