Что вы думаете? Сейчас ни один пляжный отдых не обходится без экскурсий. То, что люди хотят сменить лежание на песке хоть какими-то движениями, вполне понятно. Вопрос только в том, насколько они безопасны?
К счастью, со мной еще ни разу не происходило ничего плохого на таких экскурсиях - проколотое колесо автобуса посередине пустыни с четырехчасовым ожиданием помощи не считается (я никогда не беру экскурсии в последний день отдыха на всякий случай типа такого, чтобы не нервничать).
Интернет пестрит упавшими автобусами, авариями, плохой страховкой на экстремальных экскурсиях. а вообще насколько реально серьезно влипнуть на отдыхе? У кого как бывало?

Ученые из Гарвардской бизнес-школы и Стэнфордского университета провели мета-анализ 228 исследований и выяснили, что стресс на рабочем месте увеличивает вероятность развития болезней, подтвержденных врачами, на 35%. Долгие часы за рабочим столом повышают опасность преждевременной смерти почти на 20%.
Самым большим стрессовым фактором являются мысли о возможности лишиться работы, которые увеличивают риск ухудшения здоровья почти на 50%. Все эти показатели выше, чем вероятный риск для здоровья от пассивного курения, как подчеркивают авторы исследования.
Они надеются, что полученные ими результаты заставят руководство компаний умерить требования к своим сотрудникам. Представление некоторых начальников о том, что чрезмерно высокая требовательность или более продолжительные рабочие часы увеличивают продуктивность, не соответствует истине, как показывают многочисленные наблюдения. Стресс повышает вероятность совершения ошибок и снижает производительность труда.

Ученые из одного университетов Гарварда провели исследование, в котором они изучили воздействие стресса на рабочем месте на здоровье человека. В результате, ученые сделали вывод, что когда человек пребывает длительное время в стрессовой ситуации, то он больше всех подвержен риску появления у него многих опасных болезней, не исключение тому и ранняя смерть.
Во время проведения эксперимента, ученые учитывали следующее: есть ли у человека работа, если есть, то какой график работы, является ли работа посменной, а также учитывалось то, как работа влияет на личную жизнь. Внимание обращалось и на наличие социальной поддержки, на контроль уровня рабочего процесса самим сотрудником, а также и на то, какие предъявляли требования работнику.
Ученые смогли выяснить, что отсутствие у человека работы и возможности контролировать свой рабочий процесс, а также отсутствие медицинской страховки являются самыми главными причинами ранней смерти.
Оказалось, что слишком длительная работа, которая мешает личной жизни, увеличивает риск преждевременной смерти на двадцать процентов. При этом, отсутствие работы или посменная работа тоже оказывали негативное воздействие на человека."

Привет, друзья. Здесь общаются новички, а поэтому многим интересно знать, кто чем еще увлекается, кроме крипты? Может кто-то еще найдет человека, увлекающегося тем же. Я, вот например, увлекаюсь хоккеем (NHL) и слушаю рок и метал. А чем увлекаетесь вы?

MAX Pool mining on 1GH suddenly freezes after 10-20 yays!... GPU still under hevay load but nothing happens, no reports or anything, just simple cmd screen without new shares or errors?!
Restarted, done everything again and again... same results!
Anyone got any idea (or it's a pool-side error)?
EDIT: Mining resumes after next block is detected (like 30-50sec later)... and it goes like that pause-go-pause-go at random points...WTF?!

What's the best pool to mine at right now? I'm throwing 700 some mh/s at 1GH and it's going fine but I'm getting about 25% rejects. Are other smaller pools more reliable in rejects but still large enough to pay out a regular payout?
Mining on 1GH with 95% success rate right now, your config is overdosed somewhere, that's the main reason of your 25% boooos...

Can I "withdraw" BTCs from mcxnow directly to btc-e, or I must really withdraw it in my BTC wallet, and then resend (deposit) it to btc-e?

GTX 570 phantom - same as previous two versions... as expected!
EDIT: BUT... temps with x86 are ~2C lower (same settings and kH/s results)! .... so this is THE FIRST win for x86 @ my place

Power settings are all ok (off or at max where it should be). Hardware acceleration that triggers in chrome is MAYBE the case, but how can I set windows to trigger GPU's full potential in console (DOS) window?
Other question is already posted: why it is still running fine even AFTER I close Chrome (after Cudaminer start)? That trigger then remains in "ON" state or what?...
My other rig with GTX 760 never does that (same nVidia driver, same Windows settings)?!

2GB config made for testing purposes only, so no harm done, 4GB were mining again 15 mins later
Not going to change anything - both rigs are mostly used for work/gaming... so mining is done on "idle hours only"

...And now something about weird things on my GTX 570 and GTX 760 rigs:
GTX 570
- Most people claim that system RAM has little or no difference in hashrates, but I have suffered serious problems when i left just 2GB on mobo. These problems started immediately after cudaminer start, because the good-old config (posted in previous post) was NOT WORKING at all! F15x16 could be executed just to start the mining, but with "wrong detection" of over 600KH/s and errors on every single share ("not validated on CPU"). Auto config was giving different setups every time, rates dropped to ~200KH/s, and what is most interesting, auto config was reporting MAX WARPS: 171 (instead of 264 reported with 4GB of RAM)?! My rig was going too WILD and unpredictable for the stuff that is "not so much RAM dependent"!
- My max of ~255 KH/s can be achieved ONLY if browser (chrome in my case) is active BEFORE starting cudaminer.exe, and some page is opened (usually my pool page). After starting cudaminer, I can close everything and hashrate stays the same. Otherwise, same settings without browser give me only ~235 KH/s?!
- Some people were using Kepler kernels on Fermi devices (in previous versions of cudaminer), but at my place it was making a serious drop in KH/s
- Just to note... interactive mode (-i 1) is taking away 7-8KH/s on this rig
GTX 760
- As I mentioned before, auto never reaches the best manual config for me (and there is a better config than my current one for sure), and the auto option is changing config very often (I had like 3 different configs on 5 cudaminer restarts)?!
- This GPU (or whatever) is varying MUCH more in hashrates (160-177KH/s up-down most of the time), than GTX 570 which has pretty much "fixed" rates 252-255KH/s!
BOTH
- Is it possible that I NEVER get better hashrates on any config with 32bit vs 64bit? So many people (developer too) usually has better results with 32bit version, but I never even saw that for a second?! (not complaining, just asking...)

My first post here... will try to help as much as I can (and ask as little as I must)
First of all, thanks Buchner for making this possible!
I have two "average" working rigs mining at the moment, so I'm going to share my xp hoping to help all users and developer.
Gainward GTX 570 1280MB phantom @ stock (running on intel E8400, 4GB/1066, Asus formula rampage, all @ stock)
Gigabyte GTX 760 2GB OC @ stock (irrelevant in this case, but i7, 16GB, Z87... too good to make any "noise" anyway)
Anyway... after 4-5 days in testing, I have got the best results with Cudaminer 2013-12-01, 64bit in both cases (2013-12-10 not tested on GTX 570).
Both rigs running on Win7 Pro X64 SP1 with various (different for sure) official updates...
GTX 570 config (max 255KH/s):
cudaminer.exe -i 0 -H 1 -l F15x16 -C 1 -o stratum+tcp://...
All other auto or manual configs work with lower rates, but never below 200KH/s (I'm talking about "correct settings" for this card, not random Fxxxx)
GTX 760 config (max 177KH/s):
cudaminer.exe -i 0 -H 1 -l K96x2 -C 1 -o stratum+tcp://...
this is MANUAL config, because auto NEVER gives me this setup! All other configs are lower, but not lower than 150KH/s.
My next post will be about some odd things on both rigs, which hopefully can be eliminated or "refined" in further development...
Anyone with better configs/setups are welcome... we all love to try something better!

You can make a shortcut on your desktop pointing to your cudaminer.exe file, and then edit shortcut's "target" line with something like (after cudaminer.exe):
-i 0 -H 1 -C 1 -o stratum+tcp://"YOUR.POOL.SERVER.ADDRESS":"PORT" -O username.worker:password
Only if you input correct data, your cudaminer will start working as it should...
Of course, try to do a "clean install" of nVidia driver before you do anything else...

But even when I fallow the read me and enter it as

I still get the error above
Try as i said, now in full... (just copy/paste this)

If you make one card work, then just add ,0,0 or ,1,2 as you did...
