OCC uses bounties sparingly. If you have to constantly bribe people to support your project, its probably not a good project.

1. Token price isn't the primary goal for OCC.
2. Self drops will be the main way tokens are distributed in the future due to securities regulations.
3. OCC has done exactly one large self-drop, and one bounty for the Mercatox vote to list contest, which they are currently winning.

If you are only concerned about price, then you too don't care about the project.

For sure, but the cost to get on those exchanges is very hard for non-ico tokens. Additionally, just because a token raised millions in an ICO, doesn't mean they are not a scam, or that they will turn out to be a good investment. Most businesses fail.

Thanks for the heads up. Most of those exchanges have low trade volume as they are brand new. It will be interesting to see how the exchange market shakes out over the next year with all of the new competition coming into the market. I think the days of ridiculous listing fees will come to an end.

No, it's about which coins have the money to pay the ridiculous listing fees to the exchanges. Many ICOs are known scams or plain old vaporware, yet they had/have the money to be listed on large exchanes. The quality of the projects or the teams has little to do with it.
