It depends on how we look at it and what coin we are talking about. Maybe some coins but not all are based on the black market. So that's a Yes and a No also.

I agree with you, cryptocurrency is for the risk takers. It's value is very volatile and very unpredictable. You must be patient and wise when you start trading when it comes to crypto. You can literally lose lots of money in just a span of seconds.

This may sound good but we cant deny the fact that Bitcoin's value is still low compared to it's all time high. Spending it on cars is good if you have lots of bitcoin in your wallets. But yeah it is good news that finally BMW recognizes Bitcoin as a valid currency in exchange of their products.

Bitcoin is different from altcoins. Altcoins may be called alternatives but they cant really replace Bitcoin. Are you trying to ask about Bitcoin Cash or Bitcoin Interest? Those are clear attempts to make an alternative to Bitcoin, not the altcoins you mentioned.
